Welcome to the Arthur House. Ideally situated directly across the street from the University of MT, this meticulously remodeled 1920's bungalow offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities. You'll be only a few minutes walk from downtown Missoula and the Hip Strip, Missoula's iconic Mount Sentinal hiking trails, the Clark Fork River, and some of Missoula's best local breweries, distilleries, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, music venues and more...

The space
The Arthur House is a cozy bungalow that was originally built in 1925. Over the last several years it has been lovingly updated and remodeled. You'll have everything you need to insure a comfortable stay in Missoula, including a full kitchen, two bedrooms with sleeping for 5, (the couch is suitable for a child or small adult) high speed internet, a Sonos speaker system for streaming music, podcasts, and other content, a smart TV, use of the laundry facilities, private parking for one car, and a small private landscaped yard for relaxing in the summer sun...

Guests have access to the entire upstairs of the house as well as the laundry facilities downstairs. The porch, front yard and side yard are also available for relaxing and lounging...

The house is located in the heart of the University district, and is ideal for the traveler looking to be in a prime action packed location close to everything the city has to offer. You can expect to hear the sounds of the city and it's residents while staying here including festivals, football games, neighborhood BBQ's and gatherings, cars, music, etc...

There is private parking for 1 vehicle, additional vehicles will need to parked outside of the permit zone. Any street west of Hilda Ave is safe to park on...

Great House
The house is very clean and fully stocked for guest. Location to the University is walkable. We have always enjoyed our stay and Jennifer the host is wonderful.

Great stay for great concert at Grizzly Stadium
Great local property within walking distance of everything! Stayed for a concert at Grizzly Stadium and was a short walk back and forth.

Great Location and Very Comfortable House
The Aethur Hoiuse is perfectly located for a visit to Missoula. Literally across the street from the University and a nice walk to downtown it's really well located. The house is perfectly clean and comfortable with a nucely equipped kitchen. It's not big, but this is a small trade off for perfect location.
