From the start of our trip we had great communication with the host. This place is amazing has everything you need. Beautiful inside, close to everything, comfortable bed. Had a hiccup with airline with baggage not arriving and they opened up 2 more available days so we could extend our trip. Would definitely stay again. Montana is amazing!!!

The house was clean with comfortable, soft beds. The common area is spacious with plenty of seating. The alley is very narrow and it was difficult at times to get into the one parking space due to the yard fence and alley shrubs.

U Montana Move In and Montana Adventures
Quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood close to everything and about 5 miles from campus. We stayed a week to visit the Montana countryside and embark on some adventures. The Owl’s Nest property had everything we needed and sufficient room to store dorm move in essentials. Would stay here again!!!

Military Honors Service
In Missoula to coordinate a Military Honors Service for a family member at The Western Montana State Veterans Cemetery. Excellent location for the activities that took place on both the North and South side of Missoula. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting. Large open kitchen that was well supplied. Bedrooms upstairs had comfortable beds and linens. The neighborhood is eclectic, with new houses next door to single wide trailers, like most of the west side of Missoula. Any concerns we had were minor. The rental rate per night is perhaps somewhat lower than renting two hotel rooms (we were a party of five) but with the benefits of a private house. Definitely worth your consideration.

Missoula Family In-Town
This is a lovely, modern, two-story house on the West side of town. Convenient quick drive to anywhere and easy to reach. Instructions for access, parking, and usage were very good. House was well stocked and great set up for a group of different family members to have their own space. Kitchen is wonderful. Everything worked. We were there for a wedding and would have appreciated a full-size ironing board but that's a small detail. Will definitely return.

Funky place - as advertised. Communication with owners was good, great layout (3 bedrooms up and kitchen and tv room downstairs), great appliances and sufficient pots/pans, utensils etc. Super nice neighbors. Great location for our purposes (swim meet at splashmountain).

Cool house during a hot summer stay
Loved the home! From the industrial design to the well stocked kitchen, this was an outstanding choice. We stayed four nights before moving our son into the U of M. Close to downtown as well as the stores we needed for his college supplies. It was one hot week in Montana though, with daily highs hitting 100. The home is not air conditioned and I get it — most of the time it cools off enough during the night that you don’t really need it. But as these temps it was a bit uncomfortable. Even so, the house was a great choice for our needs.

Fabulous House
This house is exactly as described. It’s very roomy, clean, & furnished with all of the necessities to make you feel at home. The location to town and the airport couldn’t be better. We felt very safe and would definitely stay there again. I had a question for the owners and got a reply within minutes. Missoula is a lovely town with an abundance of art and music.

Summer Get-away
This modern Missoula home was a perfect base for our summer stay. It was hot while we were in Missoula, but the house stayed cool (windows closed through the day!) so that at the end of the day, we came home and had a great spot to recover from the heat. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our own meals, and the living space was inviting and very clean. We would not hesitate to return.

Very nice place with two Queen Bedrooms and additional couch-bed in office upstairs. Couch downstairs also made a comfortable sleeping spot. Nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen. In-floor heating for colder days. Plenty of fans (no air conditioning) for hotter days which are very few in Montana. One car driveway and a nice fenced-in yard. Great price. Very easy working with owner/rep. Close to everything. Thanks!

Truly An Amazing Experience
The host was incredibly accommodating - the home is well appointed - and the decor is fun and inviting. The location is quite convenient as well in a quiet neighborhood, but with quick bike access to the river path and downtown. Highly recommend this home to any and all folks thinking of visiting Missoula.
