The house offers 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms and is centrally located in the heart of Missoula in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. It is blocks away from the Bitterroot Trail that leads right to the Old Saw Mill District and the beautiful Downtown Missoula. You are minutes from the University of Montana, Fort Missoula, The Southgate Mall and other shopping/ dining establishments and many outdoor attractions.
This house is 2 stories, has a quant little front porch great for enjoying your morning coffee and a little back yard area great for yard games and outside play. You will have access to high speed WiFi, family games, pack n play and high chair (upon request), contactless check-in and check-out with keyless door entry.
The first floor offers an open concept that includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with your everyday necessities needed for your stay. The living room has a comfy leather sectional couch with 2 reclining chairs. There is a 75” TV and sound bar with Roku so you can log into all your favorite streaming apps. The dining room offers a table that seats 6 but can be expanded to seat 8. You will have full access to a washer and dryer during your stay as well.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 50" TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a double sink. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen bed, and a twin tri-fold memory foam mattress that can fit on the floor at the end of the bed. Twin mattress's are available upon request. There is also an additional full bathroom. A loft area is located at the top of the stairs which includes a large corner desk perfect for remote working.
Home Truths:
1. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval you will be fined $500 per pet. You will also be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required due to undisclosed pet.
2. Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings unless authorized in writing ahead of time.
3. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
4. There will be a $35 fee charged per guest/per night for each additional guest that stays over and above what is listed on the reservation.
5. Home entrance is located in the alley.
6. 3 parking spaces available in front of the home and other parking available on the street.
7. Minimum booking age is 25. ID’s will be required upon booking for verification.
8. This is a smoke/vape free property.
9. You will be responsible for any missing items or damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
10. This property does have outdoor only security cameras for our guests safety as well as for property protection. There is a ring doorbell on the front door, a camera located on each side of the house as well as the back yard.
11. You will not have access to the garage.
