Your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 blocks from the Good food store and trail system. Fenced privacy yard is great for family and/or private evenings in this great city. Stocked kitchen with all you need to cook a good home away from home meal. Extremely comfortable King size bed in main bedroom. Guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed.
The space
The king bedroom will have you sleeping like a baby, the second room has a trundle bed that can sleep two, and the living room couch is also a nice place for someone to make a bed. The house is just the right amount of cozy.

The front yard and entire house is yours, Occasionally the backyard might be shared (unless you want it completely just specify) there is one spot in the driveway (which if done right can park two cars)
