"The Andaz Byward Market continues to impress as a top-notch hotel. The front desk team is exceptionally warm and accommodating. "Despite the noise in hallways and needing to use a sound machine, the hotel was great. The restaurant had the best burger I’ve ever had. It was clean and had everything we needed. Fairly central as well. Staff were very friendly. "

"This hotel was a great find in downtown Ottawa. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the Byward Market but the reasonable price more than makes up for this minor inconvenience. I'm not sure how old the property is but it is like new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and the reasonably-priced underground parking provides a safe (and warm) place to keep your car. My only suggestions would be to add a door mat in the rooms to keep the...

"Property was great - right in the center of town walkable to all the main areas. Liked having the large space in our room. Beds and pillows were a little stiff - preference element - but other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, played games, and toured the area. Even spotted a deer in the yard one morning. The road could be a small concern if you have children or pets as the cars speed past and trees block the view of the driveway. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
