This house is so much fun for the entire family that you won't want to leave!! But if you came for a beach vacation or to see all the local So Cal attractions you've come to the right place! The location is centrally located so you can make short trips to Laguna Beach (only 10 mi), Dana Point Harbor (only 12 mi), Disneyland (only 21 mi), Knott's Berry Farm or Medieval Times (27 mi), Legoland (44 mi), SeaWorld or San Diego Zoo (72-75 mi), Hollywood (53 mi).
Additional Info:
- To confirm your reservation and verify your identity, we kindly ask you to submit a selfie of yourself holding a copy of your ID. This helps us ensure that you are the person making the reservation.
- No loud music after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends
- No running in backyard
- No diving in the pool
- Please note, renters are not allowed to have visitors on our property, our liability insurance only covers paid renters.
- Pool stays very warm on it's own from late spring into the fall but will of course get chilly from fall to early spring (60-70s). The pool can be heated in the winter but please don't try to take the pool over 80 degrees (not sure it would get there anyway). Thanks
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- Trampoline springs are taken off and trampoline is not usable. Thanks
The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through April the charge is $150/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $150/day if not.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
Cancellation policy and procedures
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.
If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.
