New quiet cozy studio

My place is close to Walmart and HEB and many restaurants. Just a few miles. Laundromat is 4 blocks away. Gas station with mini super and great tacos is 4 blocks away. We are one and a half hours from the beach at South Padre Island. You’ll love my place because it has private entrance and private bath and kitchen. I think it's peaceful and beautiful. The space has cathedral ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The space
This is a one-room private studio with a full frig, electric hot plate, kitchen sink etc. , and fully equipped kitchen. It has a queen size bed . An extra mattress is available on request

Picture yourself arriving, putting your suitcase on the suitcase holder, making a cup of coffee, and siting down on the cushy love seat. Read your book, some relaxing music on the tv. Later fill your cocktail glass with sparkling cider you found in the refrigerator and sit on the shared covered patio. You saw the garden tub and the big soft towels. A nice soak will be nice before retiring. Street parking is available.
Guest access
This is a studio apartment, one large room. Although it is in my house, there is no access between the studio and the house. Door is bolted on both sides. You have a private entrance. So the whole kitchen bathroom etc. is for your exclusive use. I have no personal things in the studio.
Other things to note
Please note that you have to pull knob toward you to turn on the shower. And turn in a circle to change temperature.

Also note that this is not a separate, standing alone apartment. It is attached to My house. I am a widow and I live alone.
