"This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town"

Cannot see Mt.Fuji from this town but there is a bus that run from Mishima to Skywalk or other viewpoints that you can see Mt. Fuji but Mishima Skywalk has a bit farther view but got some cool zipline and suspension bridge.
