"This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. "We spent a nin bnb properties all wonderful but it was so nice to be back in a regular clean hotel. Great bed ..firm. my room had a balcony ... check in great , included breakie great..they even had fresh eggs you could soft boil ..never seen that before. "Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed. "

"Although near the beach, the hotel is not on the beach, as it appears in the photos. Rooms are renovated but very simple, smelly toilet area and shower-head that sprayed on the ceiling. Not a bad stay, but definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at best. Not worth the price, unfortunately. "

"This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the cruise port and many other amenities. The train and tram stations are within 1 block of the hotel. If you don't speak French be prepared to use a translator, the staff mainly speaks French. The laundry room is great bonus amenity. "

Trop bien si tout va bien

"Nous sommes partis à cet hotel pour notre anniversaire. J’ai cherché un emplacement avec un spa (sauna, piscine, jacuzzi…). C’était trop bien. Par contre nous avons eu une surprise que l'hôtel n’a pas prévenu que la partie SPA sera fermée pendant quelques jours (heureusement à partir du jour de notre départ!). Petit déjeuner trop cher à mon gout. Je ne prendrai plus. Le room-service au top, avec produits (boissons et sucreries) fait-maison. Trop bon. Avant réserver, pensez à checker si le SPA sera bien ouvert pour vos dates si non ce sera une grosse deception…"

Great stay at a nice price!

"I had a very good stay here and ended up extending my stay for an extra night. It is a good base near the train/bus station for day trips to Êtretat and Honfleur. Refrigerator in the room. You could also base here and do Caen in a day trip. Friendly staff and student vibe with many schools and universities in this area. It is 5 mins walk to the Shopping center at Docks. There is a Lidl grocery there too. "
