"We had a lovely stay in Krakow at the 1891 Garni Hotel. Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The only fault we had is that we were on the top floor and it was quite hot at times and temperature control wasn't sufficient. Also the shower was a bit of a strange layout. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. "Good location and nice room, great breakfast and good service from staff. Only downside really was at night there is a lot of street noise as it is the centre of the action, so if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs."
