Really pet friendly, the reception staff were great and the cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed! A comfortable bed and a great shower. "Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. "Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone."
