Casa Rural Xixa Landetxea is a 3-storey house located in Miranda de Arga (Navarra). The whole house is rented. The first floor consists of living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and storage room. The second floor has a double bedroom, a double bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. The third floor is divided into three parts: the first, has a very spacious room or living room with 2 beds and a sofa bed; the second part has a marriage room; and the third, two single beds. The house is spacious (170 m2) and is recently rehabilitated. It has free WIFI. It consists of a garden of 85 m2, barbecue, terrace of 25 m2 and a pergola for lunch and dinner. The town has two renovated pools with bar, garden and pediment. In addition, you can enjoy the typical cuisine of the Navarrese riverbank in several restaurants of the town. Pamplona is 35 minutes away by car. San Sebastián is at 1h 15´ and Bilbao at 2h by car. Ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. Maximum 8 people Pets are allowed. Finde genial!
Estuvimos el pasado fin de semana alojados. El alojamiento es inmejorable!! Nuestra pequeña disfrutó en grande con todos los juguetes y el jardín. Además, la casa está muy bien equipada; Esteban y Susana nos tuvieron muy bien cuidados. La casa está muy bien situada para visitar la zona.

"Una casita con encanto donde hemos compartido unos días entrañables de risas y descanso. Muy cómoda, limpia, bien equipada y estupendamente ubicada. El propietario muy amable desde el día que le contactamos hasta que nos fuimos. Nos facilitó información detallada de como llegar a la casa, rutas y lugares para comer. Una casa rural muy recomendable.

Totalmente equipada
De todas las casa que he estado sin duda la que mejor equipación tenia. Hemos pasado 4 dias en la casa y nuestra estancia ha sido mas que agradable. Está equipada con TODO. Lo mejor el maravilloso jardin que si hace bueno se disfruta a tope (con barbacoa incluida). El pueblo muy tranquilo y con la panaderia etc a un paso. Cerca para moverse a visitar Olite, Esrella, Pamplona, Artajona... El dueño, Esteban, muy atento y pendiente de todos los detalles. GRACIAS. No dudariamos en repetir. La recomiendo 100%.

Merece la pena!
Acogedora y decorada con gusto. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar y relajarse. El jardin, la barbacoa y la posibilidad de disfrutar de las comidas/cenas al aire libre es perfecto! ¡Pasamos muchísimo tiempo allí! La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia (está equipada de manera muy completa) y la encontramos muy limpia. Esteban y Susana estuvieron muy cercanos en todo momento y nos ayudaron con sugerencias y recomendaciones muy acertadas. El pueblo cuenta con piscina a poca distancia de la casa y Tafalla queda a tan solo 10 minutos en coche. Sin duda, recomendable. ¡Volveremos!

UNA NOCHEVIEJA DIFERENTE.
Hemos pasado la nochevieja en casa rural Xixa. En total 8 personas (5 adultos y 3 niños). Hemos disfrutado un monton. Los niños se lo han pasado en grande tanto en el jardin como en la buhardilla donde tienen mucho espacio para jugar. Esteban, el propietario, una persona muy amable que te explica todo lo que necesitas saber. La casa tiene de todo, es como estar en tu propia casa. Sitio perfecto para descansar ya que la noche es muy traquila y no se oye ningún ruido. Una casa recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos.

Zoragarri!! / Maravilloso!!
Etxea zoragarria: polita, ongi zaindua, erosoa... Ingurua oso polita. Herriko jendea oso atsegina. Primerako eguraldia. Gure gaztetxoek primeran pasa zuten eta berriz itzultzeko eskatzen ari dira etengabe. Asteburu perfektoa!! Erabat gomendagarria! La casa maravillosa: bonita, bien cuidada, cómoda... El entorno muy bonito. La gente del lugar muy amable. Un tiempo fantástico. Los chavales se lo pasaron en grande y no paran de repetir que quieren volver. Fin de semana perfecto. Totalmente recomendable..

Casa estupenda, para repetir!
He pasado un fin de semana con mi familia en esta estupenda casa El jardin es una preciosidad, es como un oasis. El dueño, Esteban, nos comentó que podíamos utilizar las bicis, barbacoa e incluso recoger los tomates para nosotros. Por otro lado la casa está totalmente equipada por lo que tienes todo lo que necesites. Nuestra habitación tenía televisor y una salida a una terracita. Las camas son muy cómodas. El coche lo aparcamos a un lado de la casa sin problemas. Se nota que los dueños son muy cuidadosos y que quieren agradar. Ha sido un fin de semana estupendo. Sin duda repetiremos!

inmejorable
Empezando por un trato exquisito. Desde que nos pusimos en contacto con el dueño, Esteban, recibimos todo tipo de información y ayuda con mucha amabilidad y notamos el interés que tenía por que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible. Y efectivamente, así ha sido. La casa es fantástica, acogedora, preciosa, limpia, completa y con un jardín que dice mucho de sus propietarios puesto que esta lleno de flores y árboles muy mimados. En el jardin hay una zona para comer o estar tomando un café relajadamente y respirando el aire puro y la tranquilidad del pueblo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa! Muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad Susana y Esteban!!!
