The sunken master bedroom suite offers a king bed with fine linens, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private patio just outside the master suite. The master bathroom is designed with an updated shower/tub combo, custom tile design, and plenty of updated countertop space.

The guest bedroom features a full size bed with a full size pull out trundle, additional twin size bed, all with fresh linens and an HDTV. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination and an updated countertop. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing board set up.

The location of this property makes it extra perfect! Bayou Village overlooks a scenic pond and offers a view of Choctawatchee Bay, the Marina, and the Wharf. This is a wonderful spot to watch the fireworks show! There are two swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
