Decked out with calming hues of turquoise, white and gray, your home away from home includes everything you and your guests need to have the Florida beach vacation of a lifetime! This beautiful coastal house includes the comforts of home while being located near all the fun SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® has to offer.

You’ll know you’re “home” as soon as you pull into the driveway and walk right into your beach vacation home. The large foyer will welcome you as you drop your keys on the counter and kick off your sandals. The open concept of the first floor includes the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, so treat your guess to a quick snack or an elaborate meal as you relax in your vacation home. You can also cook a yummy meal on the BBQ grill on the back porch.

The first floor houses a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 more bedrooms and 3 more full bathrooms. One of the rooms includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another room is perfect for the kiddos, with two sets of bunk beds, each with two twin beds. The en suite bathroom for this room includes a shower/tub combo. The third upstairs bedroom, an oversized master bedroom suite, includes a large king bed and sitting area. The bathroom boasts a double vanity and separate shower room with walk-in shower and private toilet room. The large closet in this bedroom includes an extra sleeping area tucked away with a twin sized daybed, TV, and HVAC vent for full comfort.

After you’re settled in your vacation home, jump in the two 6-seat golf carts and hit the road! Dedicated paths allow you to zip to the beach, one of the Resort pools or to a round of golf or tennis – whatever your destination is.

Already Are Planning Our Next Stay!
This place is amazing! We have stayed in in other properties in Baytowne but this was the best! Cleanliness, beds are comfortable & the golf carts were an added plus. We plan on staying at this property annually. The decor and furnishings are perfect and love the vibe. Our best friends & our son joined us for our stay & we are already planning next year's trip. Thank you for making our vacation memorable!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great but make sure to take pictures of everything on arrival and before departure because Myvacation haven will charge you for golf cart damages without your knowledge. We did not do damage on the golf cart but how do we prove it? Take pictures when you arrive and before your departure.

This house was perfect for 6 women to stay in for 5 days. Everyone had plenty of room. The bathrooms were amazing and everything was so spacious. We will be booking again with this unit on our next trip to Sandestin.

Perfect stress free getaway for our family, again! Beautiful Property has everything!
We love this location!!! We have stayed multiple times at this beautiful, clean property & house. Obviously, everything is perfect! The entire family loves the house, the granddaughters love the new beds in their room, the games, the pools, the golf carts, the garage had all the extras for waterplay, space is awesome. We all highly recommend it. It is well worth the drive. We will be back in a year!

Property is great, HOA not so much
$100 fine from HOA at 5:30 in the morning with no warning or request to move vehicle. The width of a tire was off the pavement. Other than the HOA being nit picky, this property was well kept, well supplied kitchen, perfect for our large group. Golf carts were great to get to Baytowne and the beach. The pool was nice for the day we didn’t feel like hauling everything to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house, not much good about the location because it is so close to other dwellings. But it was extremely well appointed. Brand new cookware (Blue Diamond!) and loads of dishes, etc.Also, the responsiveness of the staff was exceptional. We interacted with three different workers and everyone was fast in responding, got the jobs done and were polite too boot. The glass ware and dishes were none too clean, but the house itself was spotless.

Wonderful stay in Sandestin
We would love to stay in this Villa Lago unit again! Listing pictures are accurate. We had plenty of dishware, cookware, and flatware for our large group. The tire on one of the golf carts was flat, and the management company was there in less than an hour to fix it. We rode the golf cart to the beach, visited Baytowne Wharfe, played pickleball at the tennis center, and played lots of games (scattergory, Uno, puzzles) on the dining room table. Communication with the management was excellent. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Great stay
Although we only used one golf cart, had it been warm and not raining then we would have used both. The front tire was very low on the one in the garage. I am sure Vacation Haven would have aired it up if needed. I did tell them at check out. We left behind a new pair of my son’s shoes in he closet, hoping the cleaning crew turns them in. I have called a few times.

Management company = pathetic dishonest
The property has the potential to be 5 stars if the management company were different. The cleaning crew was 1.5 hours late cleaning the place, both golf carts were dead, supposed new grill was below average, shower on first floor was busted. I called the management company 3 to 4 times and they kept telling me somebody would be out that day and no one ever showed up the entire three night stay that we stayed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is absolutely fabulous! It was nearly a perfect stay. Two golf carts were advertised. When I arrived the young gentleman told me had to take the keys to one because of two balding tires and a corroded battery. I spoke with the manager and was told I would receive a call the next day. No call came. I reached out multiple times during my stay and never received a response. As I was leaving I found a note telling the manager to replace these items on the golf cart 3 days prior to my arrival. I have spoken with one manager and was told the property manager would call me; however, I have yet to receive that call. It is really too bad because everything else about this place was perfect. The location was great! The place was beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the inside of the condo and the use of a golf cart. The home is well-appointed and has fabulous bathrooms. The downside (though no fault of the owner) was the new condo going up on the lot next door. Gas fumes, dust and noise precluded using either the front or back porch except in the evenings after the workers left. That compromised our enjoyment significantly. No way could we have an afternoon barbecue with scaffolding in arms reach nor could be have windows open on nice breezy days. Rental agency said they "had no control" over neighboring property so we had to make do.The builder did give us three night's compensation but as I told him it wasn't about money. It was about having a quiet, peaceful dust-free respite which was rendered not possible on most days. The ads for the condo were misleading. They showed a nice green lawn next door. Not the case! Also, overall the properties in Villa Lago seem too tightly packed together anyway, especially true of the new structure sandwiched in between our rental and the builder's home on the other side of the one under construction.

Family/Friends vacay
The house was extremely nice. We had two families staying in the house with a total of 7 people. There was plenty of room, it never seemed crowded. The golf carts were very handy for getting around, especially to the beach. The beach closet was definitely a plus as well, they provided all things for the beach including plenty of chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking needs. It was a great vacation!

Great Property and Stay
We had a great stay! The house was nice and clean just as advertised. It was a very beautiful place with lots to.do around. While not a huge issue, I wish there is more information about the area such as how to get to the beach, what road allow golf carts and those that don't, and more about local activies/amenities. I just wish there was a binder left at the property with this information so we didn't have to spend as much time as we did on our phones. Regardless, not enough to not give this place and the people who run it a 5 star review. We will be back. Super nice, super clean, and a great location.

This property was great. It couldn’t have been in a more perfect location. You really don’t have to leave the area to do anything. There is plenty to do for adults and children. The golf carts are a must and a great benefit included in the rental. I can’t wait to return here.
