This coastal retreat enjoys views of the adjacent nature preserve from its balcony, a wonderful location within walking distance of the beach, and fantastic resort amenities that include swimming pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, and a fitness center.

Beloved by beach-goers and tennis enthusiasts alike, the grounds of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort feature both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive gym, two restaurants, a steam room and sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You'll find a wealth of shopping opportunities nearby, including those at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (five miles beyond). The property is just west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and a few minutes' drive from a number of excellent local golf courses as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

GREAT PLACE
I loved this stay , everything was clean and we had everything that was needed. Check in was a breeze very close to beach and the bar. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Black mold all over shower, dust all over bathroom ceiling, bathroom walls dirty. Back sliding door handle broken, couch all stained up.. we rent rooms here every year and this room was a huge let down.. absolutely no offer for compensation either.

This studio is great for a couple or solo trip. The closet would not open nor close without falling apart , same with the balcony sliding screen. It was extremely frustrating to keep putting the door on its track any time the door was touched. It says "No animals" all over the location and in elevators however our neighbors dog tried to kill us every.single.time. we walked to or from our room, that definitely was not ideal for peace or celebration (reason for staying here)Other than those things this room was great for location and price. The Tops'l employees throughout were all amazing! Would totally stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION AND ROOM
This was the most serene and fabulous condo and location. I had been working long hours and really needed a little get-away. I had always wanted to try Topsl and am SO GLAD I did. Everyone was so nice and responsive. The weather was fabulous and liked that my balcony was facing the state park so I had privacy--I enjoy the beach but love being able to get peace and quiet once I am in my room to rest. I will most definitely come back to this unit!!

Loved the resort!
This resort was great! Neat and clean, with plenty of towels for our stay. Check in was very easy and smooth. It was a little pricey but that's normal considering the time we went. Very short walk to the beach. The beach wasn't overly crowded. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again!

The entire TOPS'L resort is so green and beautiful and the beach is amazing and pretty close to our place. Our room with a kitchenette was convenient, clean and with a great view over the nature reserve and the nearby pool. Yet, despite the best efforts of our customer service girl Jennifer, the maintenance people never came to fix (or change with a new one) our not working DVD player after we have waited for them for hours. We stayed for two nights and spent two mornings but we had coffee supply only for one of them.

Birthday Trip
The room was very Nice and clean. Just as our own precautions we disinfected the entire room and brought our own towels, sheets, pillow cases, and shower shoes. The resort in whole is beautiful we love Tops’l. Everyone is very friendly. I will say note everyone (guest) on the resort are taking precautions. A lot of restaurants in Destin are full service no precautions in place. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. I have booked a family trip already for June here.
