Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized balcony, brand-new furnishings, and all the amazing amenities that Hidden Dunes Resort has to offer!

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings, a SmartTV and access to an expansive balcony. The fully furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a delightful al fresco dining experience while taking in breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast.

The luxurious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, new wood flooring, a picture window with gulf views and private access to the gulf front balcony. Guests can also enjoy an ensuite primary bathroom with tub/shower combination and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds and offers new wood flooring and access to a hallway bath with tub/shower combination.

For your convenience, 903 Gulfside at Hidden Dunes offers garage parking, an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary high speed WIFI.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms, sauna and covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the beach! Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Annual Girls Trip
This condo is very spacious, and has been recently renovated very tastefully so. Location is great. Our group loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely book this unit again. We had everything we needed.

Nice Condo
This is a comfortable condo and is nicely decorated, and the resort is great! We only swam in the pool at our building but it was very nice, and the beach was easy to get to and very nice and clean! We also played basketball and horseshoes with the grandkids, and they enjoyed that as well as the playground. And we all went fishing in the lake one morning but didn't catch anything...but the grandkids enjoyed that as well.

Such a nice place for a family vacation
This condo was such a nice spot for our family vacation! Plenty of room and nicely updated. Hidden Dunes has a great heated pool in the spring and walking distance to the beach. The couch could probably use some updating this year but it was still comfy!

We were in Destin for a wedding. Our accommodations were perfect for our needs. The condo is a bit dated but clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fantastic stay
We had a wonderful 5 week stay here. The pool is warm enough to swim in even on cold days and the hot tub is great. We are coming back in the fall. The only drawback for this property is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. But I will still come back.

Easy access to everything
Beautiful view. Great setup for a family of four. I was worried about getting all of our stuff up to the 9th floor, but between the elevators and the ample grocery carts and luggage carts, it was pretty easy. The kitchen was a little sparse on pots/pans and cutting boards for full scale cooking, but still managed to do a Thanksgiving dinner. Overall wonderful experience!

The furniture in the living room was not comfortable but most likely will be replaced. Skillets need to be replaced as well.

First time to Florida was beautiful!! Everything was perfect except the darn elevator broke and climbed 9 floors is not something id perfer to do on vacation lol. It was fixed next day so that was a plus!!

Property issues!
When we arrived the unit fragrance was so strong that we almost didn’t stay it took two days to air out and the balcony sliding door didn’t work due to broken rollers and what’s a balcony if it’s not accessible and I spoke with Jeremy the property manager and he knew it was broken prior to our arrival I called asap and he never returned my call until the next day and did offer to try and find us another unit after we had everything settled in which would have been a huge issue for us to move he should have notified us prior to our arriving so we were very disappointed especially being our first time renting through the company!

We enjoyed the Hidden Dunes property but our condo was too high ‘9th floor’ for my husband to enjoy the balcony so looking for alternatives for 2024. Condo was great, felt open and comfortable. Had to call for plumbing assistance and they were extremely prompt and pleasant. The entry guards were all very nice and helpful. We did wish the pool directly attached to the high rise had been heated but we did eventually find the pools further back in the property that were heated. All in all it was very enjoyable

Family getaway
Out condo was great. Just as described and well stocked, even extra disinfectant forces to use on surfaces. However, only one elevator was operational during our stay making it extremely difficult to social distance and made for some very lengthy waits for the elevator. There was also a hot exposed electrical outlet located at the 9th floor trash chute. My husband alerted management but upon our departure it had not been covered.
