Our beautiful Emerald Coast contains some of the most diverse recreation choices along Florida's Gulf Coast, and some of the best options for visitors seeking an affordable family vacation. Our Northwest Florida Beaches International airport (EMC) and our Destin, (VPS) airport have made more flights available for this area and more affordable .

Maravilla's Gulf front view building is #2, facing the Gulf of Mexico with an unobstructed view of our sugar white beach. There is a gulf view pool, portico, beach shower, pool side rest rooms, and grills to accomodate Bldg. #2.

Maravilla 2301 is a third floor corner unit, with a larger balcony, and a direct view of the Gulf. It is upgraded each year. The master bedroom with full ensuite bath, has a King size plantation bed, large dresser, wall mounted HDTV , tropical fan, black out drapers, and a large closet. All flooring is porcelain tile.



The guest bedroom has a pillow top gueen size bed, with accessable bath. This room also has a new flat screen TV/DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. The dining table seats 6.
There is a laundry room with full size washer /dryer and storage cabinet.

The soft antique white palette, with turquoise accents compliment the beautiful Gulf View from your living room, new queen sleeper sofa, two 'comfy' chairs and an entertainment center with TV/DVD/STEREO/High speed wireless internet. You will enjoy this newly decorated unit, guranteed!!!!

Sit at your bistro table and enjoy the view of the Dolphins playing in the surf or just sit back and relax . A book selection is available for reading.

During high season (March to October) four beach chairs/two umbrellas ARE set up for you each morning of your vacation. Be sure to tip the attendant for his great service.

Maravilla Resort Condominums, 2606 Scenic Gulf Drive , Destin, Florida is the most popular family oriented complex in Destin. We are a 33 acre, gated resort, with expansive interior parking, portico for loading & unloading, tennis courts, basketball half/court, two pools, spa, fitness room, club house available to rent for family gatherings or weddings on the beach, bike racks, and shuffleboard. We have it All! Oh, I forgot to mention the 2.5 acres of private beach, the largest private beach on Miramar Beach. We also set up beach chairs each day for your pleasure.

Family Vacation
The condo was clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. Sitting on the balcony looking at the beach was AWESOME. Listening to the waves at night is so relaxing. Great Place to stay. We'd stay there again.

Beautiful sunsets
A lovely location and a well appointed and decorated apartment. The beach is gorgeous and the rest of the apartment complex has tennis/pickle ball courts. A wonderful stay!!

Very nice condo, perfectly situated for our trip. Only downside was the closest elevators were out in the building during our stay. Fixed on the last day though.

LuLu and Puddles love Destin
We have been lucky enough to rent this condo for two years in a row. It is a great place with great views. We feel at home and so do our pets. Being a pet friendly condo we get to meet the nicest people when we are walking our dogs. Jim and Sherry work very hard to make sure we have what we need to enjoy our time in Destin. We are planning a return this visit this year

Loved it!
My first time visiting the gulf and took my stepdaughter and her best friend. It was exactly like advertised and the perfect spot for us. I took my Shih Tzu with us and she seemed as comfortable as we were! I totally lived the entire area and will DEFINITELY return next year and try to book the same place. We made our minds up that we need to do two weeks next year instead of one!

Girls Getaway
Our 'Girls Getaway' couldn't have been more enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, until our departure a week later, we were blown away by the beautiful beach, etc. The accomodations were above & beyond our expectations! All 4 of us, (over 55+) looked forward to our morning coffee on the balcony, while watching the dolphins swim by. The sunrises, sunsets, & walks on the beach were a daily treat! Everyone we met were friendly & helpful with directions, etc. Hoping to return in the near future!

Wonderful Vacation
This is our second trip to stay at this unit. The unit had everything and more than we needed. Perfect weather, perfect ocean, and within walking distance to several good restaurants. We hope to reserve this unit again next summer. The unit was not ready initially upon our arrival (it happens) due to the last tenants not trying to abide by the exit rules which are not onerous. The next morning 12 donuts were delivered to the room as a welcoming gift and were most appreciated.

Fantastic Pet Friendly Vacation.
Wonderful week spent at this Gulf front unit. Upon arrival found this lovely vacation rental just as it appears in all photos. Everything was spotless, with no prior evidence of this unit being pet friendly. Was so nice to meet the owner who dropped by to make sure we had found everything in order. Enjoyed being able to bring our Boston Terrier with us on vacation. She loved her morning walks, and people watching from the gulf front balcony. All Destin attractions very close by. Short walk to Pompano Joe's for lunch or dinner. Would most definitely recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Breathtakingly beautiful!
This condo rental was simply awesome. Very clean, superb location, the decor was exquisite and I can not think of one thing I could recommend. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets/sunrises and hearing the waves. The beach and the beach walk paths were great. I was able to take my walks each day and it was always breathtaking no matter which direction I took. I was able to meet Jim, the owner, on a few occasions. He was very pleasurable, informative and helpful (I flew into the area without any rental car and he offered to take me to the store to get my weekly supplies). Talk about friendly! I would recommend this to anyone. I went by myself for a week to regroup and had a delightful time, even by myself.

The Beach
Great property, though a little smaller than anticipated. Regardless, it was very good! Host was communicating well with prompt reply’s to a couple questions I had. Was impressed! Only issue started when we were sitting down to eat on the first evening there only to find out that the chairs at the dining room table had no “seats” in any of the chairs. Apparently, they were out getting recovered or something? Left an alert to the host via the VRBO site to communicate as such, but now heard absolutely nothing back. The next morning, got a quick text apology from a relative of the host concerning the chairs and not seeing my email the previous evening. She said she would “check the status and get back to me.” Unfortunately, that never happened either. Later, in the morning, a different relative knocked on the door and while this person was not there specifically to help me as he was looking at a different property, I showed him the chairs and he assured me that he would get at least two chairs put in there that we could sit down on asking what time would be good for us? Unfortunately, once again, we never heard another word from anyone, leaving on the third day. We ate pizza on the furniture in the living room, which was just fine, but had we had company coming to visit, not having any dining room furniture to sit on, would’ve been a rather large and irritating catastrophe. We had a great time in a great place, but a discount is in order for our trouble.
