FLOORPLAN
⭐Once you step inside My Magnolia, you will see a large, open concept floor plan with great views! The living room presents vaulted ceilings, plenty of seating and access to the large screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The dining room includes seating for 6 with 3 additional bar-stools. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals with your family. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the 1st floor and includes a king bed, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV and a large private bathroom with his and her sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There is a half bath located on the 1st floor as well for added convenience.
Make your way upstairs to the first guest bedroom that includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with his and her sinks and a combo shower/tub. Across the hall you will find the brightly decorated guest bedroom with two twin beds, a walk-in closet and a connecting bathroom with a combo shower/tub. My Magnolia truly is perfect for the whole family!
LOCATION
⭐At My Magnolia, there is no need to drive or find a place to park - Just a short walk, or bike ride down the road Baytowne Marina for kayak and stand-up paddle rentals and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, loaded with shops, restaurants, music, entertainment, and more! If you're in need of some outdoor adventure, explore Jolee Island or the numerous bike trails. Great fun for all ages! Just a little further down the road, you will find Grand Boulevard, with more restaurants, shops, boutiques, and a grocery store. There is even a Grand Boulevard farmer's market every Saturday from 9am to 1pm in season. You'll be so close to it all!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know Wi-Fi is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services**. Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ There is one parking spot available in the driveway of our townhome. Upon your arrival, you will receive a free parking pass at the guard gate. The property does include a garage however the garage is not for guest use. Therefore, if you or your guests have any additional vehicles there is overflow parking available by the pool. Please note that the HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ This location has its own Beach Setup providers that service all of their beaches within the community! Upon booking we can provide with their contact information to purchase a beach setup for the duration of your stay. Or, you and your party can choose to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas to our beautiful white sand beaches.
POOL
⭐ One of the closet community pools available to you during your stay is directly diagonal from the property! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have personnel that monitors the community and its amenities. If you or someone in your group cause any disturbance or issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
