Majestic Sun B305 is a lovely two-bedroom, two bath unit located on the third floor, providing stunning Gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico’s crystal-clear waters. It boasts classy décor and tastefully-decorated furnishings, along with tile flooring throughout. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, Majestic Sun B305 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find both the master bedroom and the guest bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a flat-screen television and leads into its own ensuite master bath. This bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom also includes its own flat-screen television. There is a guest bathroom in the hallway for added convenience, including a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes all utensils and kitchen supplies needed to create your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The dining room table seats up to six guests comfortably, and there are two additional bar stools near the breakfast bar. The living area includes its own flat-screen television and DVD player combination as well. Enjoy free DVD rentals throughout your stay as well, perfect for family time after a long day soaking up the sun on the beach. Majestic Sun B305 offers a comfortable and homey ambiance throughout, providing a truly “at home” feel.
Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
