THINGS TO KNOW

No guests under the age of 25 are permitted as the primary renter (children are welcome!), regardless of marital status and/or military status.
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 10.
Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to complete your registration. Thank you for choosing TOPS'L!

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Protection Premium”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
