This cozy studio condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation! In the morning, step out onto your private balcony after preparing a cup of coffee in the kitchenette, which includes the convenience of a dishwasher. Head out to the beach after breakfast via complex access. When you’re ready to return in the evening, there’s a cozy seating area for two if you’re eating in. Grab a drink out of the full-size fridge and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV in the living room or enjoy a relaxing soak in the soaking tub before calling it a night. For a day of on-site fun, enjoy the community amenities including a shared pool with a swim-through waterfall feature, hot tub, and snack bar.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FROM 10/30/24 - 2/1/25, TOWER 2 WILL BE UNDERGOING BALCONY RESTORATION. TOWER 1 RESTORATION IS PROJECTED FROM 2/1/25 - 5/1/25. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON SITE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, BALCONIES COULD BE INACCESSIBLE, AND WINDOWS COULD BE BLOCKED. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS. COMPLETION DATES MAY CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER UNEXPECTED DELAYS.
A sofa bed is included.
Summer 2022 include a new toaster oven, air fryer, and electric skillet for guest use.
There is a tram to the beach; two passes are included with the rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
