This ground floor getaway offers unforgettable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach without even leaving the resort. Channel your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen and treat everyone to delicious home-cooked meals that you all can later enjoy in the outdoor dining area. Then, take advantage of the shared outdoor pool to cool off, especially if the weather is nice and warm. However, if you don't feel like taking a dip in the pool, you can always play tennis, go to the gym and lift some weights, or relax in the shared hot tub–whatever you decide to do, there isn't a shortage of fun activities to try here! You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Outdoor enthusiasts, families, and even kids will be thrilled by this location! The Topsail Hill Preserve State Park with its three miles of pristine beaches and endless outdoor activities that include fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, and swimming is just close by. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolute Gem
Loved this place! On the bottom floor, easy walk to beach, and the interior has been completely been updated. We could not ask for a better place.

Gorgeous condo with unbeatable location
This was our 1st time at Tops'l and we will be back. The condo was perfect, decor was great, it was clean and had most of the essentials, but the front building, ground floor location to walk out to the pool and ocean was the best part. We had an amazing patio with tons of seating and never had to wait for an elevator which has always been a big deal in other high rise places. The grill/bar by the pool made it feel so much more like vacation and the food and drinks were all wonderful. Not cheap, but as expected for the area and quality of food. We would definitely book again.

Resort Pool is gross
We stayed at the Summit last year and really liked the TOPS’L resort. This year we made a point to be closer to the beach and resort pool/tiki bar & grill. The Tides condo was perfect for us and would rate that 5 Star. However, the resort pool was cloudy all week and I refused to allow my kids to swim in it. Maintenance was there Monday and confirmed my suspicions, being a pool owner myself, minimal water flow to the filter. No matter how much chlorine you dump into the pool, it won’t circulate and doesn’t do much good. In my opinion this is a health hazard. Vacasa was doing the bare minimum to keep the pool open, so guests wouldn’t complain and ask for refunds. I made a point to bring up my concerns upon checkout with a canned “I’ll make sure to bring this up to our general manager”.

Loved how clean and updated our place was…not to mention how conveniently close it was to the pool!! A little less private, but to be expected when you’re staying on the first floor! Will definitely book here again!!

Beautiful condo
We absolutely loved this newly remodeled condo! We’ve stayed in this unit before & loved it then. But it’s even better now with the new kitchen, bathrooms & decor! It’s on the first floor, where you can walk outside to the pool or beach, which is very beautiful & convenient. Plenty of room inside & even outside on the patio. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location and Condo

Our first family vacation
We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first family vacation. The condo unit was incredible and looked like it was recently renovated. It was was so easy to walk right out our balcony to the pool and beach. The only small thing we would add is that we wish we had more pillows on each bed. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back next summer.
