Balcony access for Azure Waters will not be available from Jan 6, 2025-Feb 6, 2025. Crews typically work 8 AM-5 PM, with occasional breaks on weekends. Building Notice: Maravilla Building 2 will have exterior painting Dec 22, 2024 - April 2, 2025 Prices are discounted to reflect this.

Units in Building 2 at Maravilla have unobstructed, Gulf views making this one of the only direct beach view rental options in Destin where you can bring your pet with you. Enjoy watching the sunset from the covered balcony of Maravilla 2308. The square footage of Maravilla Building 2 - 2 bedroom 2 bath units is 832 sqft and they each include a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Maravilla 2308 is beautifully updated with an all new kitchen and bath updates as well. The condo has a wonderful beach and pool view.

A note about supplies:

Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Property was exactly as listed. Just a few steps to a beautiful private beach. The set up on beach each day was fantastic; grab a towel, bottle of water — head to the beach. Balcony was great too — private and nice view of beach and pool. I would definitely rent again.

Great view and location.
Location is within walking distance to restaurants, nice to have a pet friendly condo available. We enjoyed the balcony it sits back so it had a private feel. The ac was amazing especially after a day in the sun the entire unit was very comfortable Loved the seahorse statue!

Our week was terrific! The condo was just as advertised, beautiful decor and wonderful gulf view! We love that strip of beach and can walk to Pompano Joe's and Badass Coffee. The beach and water were world-class! Looking forward to our next visit.

This is a great property. Nicely appointed. We ended up not bringing our pets but it’s nice to know we could have. We loved the beach being so close and having daily beach service with chairs and umbrella.

This condo is located just across the road from the ocean with the balcony looking out over the beach and ocean. The condo was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and furnished with everything needed for our stay. The outdoor balcony also had nice, heavy duty swivel, rocking chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we were very pleased it was a very nice, clean pet friendly condo and area. The whole community seemed very accommodating towards pets, which was very important to us.

Beautiful views and comfortable
We loved the condo! It was decorated very tastefully and the views from the balcony are well worth it. One big difference from other condos: trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and everything you need to make it a perfect stay. Beachcondosindestin the property management was very helpful and even delivered a new table for the balcony! Hopefully, we can stay there again next year. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful oceanfront view
We had a great stay at his condo. The unit was clean and came with everything you need. The ocean view was amazing. We were worried the road would take away from the view, but it really didn’t. The beach is easily accessible and just a few steps from the condo. Lots of places to rinse off the sand and then jump into the refreshing pool. Very dog friendly atmosphere. We had no issues but as a heads up, the beach access is not handicap accessible. We saw a young man in a wheelchair whose family was having trouble getting him to the beach.

The condo itself was great, new furniture, new and stocked kitchen. Building is old and you can hear your neighbors pretty well, especially if they run water or flush toilets We would definitely stay again, location with the beach view and updated condo outweigh the noise from the neighbors for us Communication with the rental company wasnt too smooth, required to make few phone calls to clear up some questions with check in and dog rules, because they would just stop emailing you back. But it all worked out at the end and we had a great stay.

Fabulous Condo!!
This condo is absolutely amazing and perfect for a beach vacation. The interior is fantastically decorated and renovated with upscale furnishings and art that make you feel comfortable and beachy! The balcony faces the breathtakingly blue water and white sand. Also, the location was superb and within walking and/or biking distance to many restaurants. The neighborhood is super family oriented and pet friendly with nice sidewalks and grassy areas. The maintenance staff was always friendly and helpful and everything was always clean. There are endless things to do and everything is just a short distance away from the condo. Our family rented bikes for the week from a local business and enjoyed riding through the neighborhood parallel to the beach at sunset. Would recommend to families and pet owners!

My husband and I had the most comfortable stay at this property. We really enjoyed everything about our experience and seeing all the families with their beautiful four legged friends. We eagerly anticipated this vacation to bring both of our Westies but so sadly lost both of them to age before we had a chance to have one last vacation with them. The conveniences of this unit and property to the beach and the absolute majestic sunrise and sunsets gave our stay at 10+. The walking conveniences was superb to restaurants. The unit was super clean, comfortable and very accommodating. Thank you so much for keeping these as pet friendly units for we that want to include all the members of the family. --Lexington, KY

Beach Front AND Pet Friendly!!! Plus Clean :)
We loved our stay! First off you can’t beat the location! Right across from the beach and the patio/balcony has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. If you get tired of being outside you can even listen to the waves crash as you sit in bed! :) Everything was clean and tidy. Neatly decorated. Great amenities. Make sure to read instructions so you know what you need to bring vs what’s already provided. Two things we needed to bring were hair dryer and laundry detergent. We brought our pup with us and the walking trail runs right in front of the complex along the beach and goes for miles with tons of grass along the way! Tons of Restaurants and shopping nearby. Definitely will book again.

Great Beach Trip 2021
We had a fantastic stay at Maravilla 2308 and would definitely return. The check-process was very efficient and appreciated after a long drive. The view and location were even better than expected. The beach was only a steps away. I was initially concerned with crossing the street and that was absolutely no issue with a crosswalk in close proximity. The condo was clean, beautiful and well equipped and the full size washer and dryer was a huge plus. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our fur baby and made our trip perfect. Since the beach in front of the condo is private, it was never overly crowded which I have experienced at other locations in the area. Being in walking distance of Pompano Joes was also a huge plus (just make sure you send someone to check-in prior to your target meal time). Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return.

Beautifully Decorated Condo in a Great Location!
We loved the view of the ocean from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony – the photos really don’t do the condo justice. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The water is clear and emerald blue/green, and the beach is as white and soft as powdered sugar. I was amazed at how spectacular it is. Maravilla is within walking distance of three restaurants, along a hike and bike trail in front of the property. Lots of people walk their dogs along the trail in the mornings and evenings, and there were a lot of people riding bikes and jogging. The condo was clean with beautiful décor. The photos on VRBO are accurate. It was furnished thoughtfully with everything we needed, and even had some some board games and puzzles. We called the manager Laura with a question about checking in and found her helpful and cheerful. We are looking forward to staying in 2308 again next year.
