TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort is conveniently located near the beach, two miles east from downtown Miramar Beach, and 10.8 miles from the charming beach town of Destin. Amazing as always
We have booked with Vacasa on many occasions. The process is always easy and Tops’l is our favorite place to stay - especially the tennis villas. They are so spacious and comfortable and #43 has our favorite layout. So, we were very pleased, as always. Feeling at home while being away from home is a perfect description of our stay. We will continue to make Tops’l our vacation destination.

A lot of space (sleeps 6) and a nice family friendly, quiet location.
The unit in Tennis Village 43 met all of our needs and is a very family friendly location. Other than morning tennis lessons that occur, the unit was very quiet. The club pool was never busy like many of the other pools, and there are two, an upper and lower, plus the indoor hot tub and sauna. Ample parking accommodates a vehicle with a rooftop carrier; there are two spaces, one covered and one surface right outside the unit. The kitchen could use more amenities if you plan to cook a lot (no large pots, griddle or crockpot). We did not, but all the basics were covered (basics with a toaster, coffee pot and blender). So many things are included that are not advertised. The amazing gym facility as pictured, the door to board walk go cart/tram service, the daily activities, basketball, putt putt, tennis (just book your court), and again the location. Close enough to Destin to visit during the day, but so many great places here, away from the super busy, touristy area. The umbrella and chair rental service for a fee is also nice if you are not hauling your own chairs. Baytowne and Grand Boulevard offer a lot to do, and the outlet mall. Plus two state parks! The twin trundle beds are a great setup for kids since they are located off of the King master. They are however in need of being replaced (I suggest Costco or Sam's memory foam bed in a box). The Unit may not be super modern across the board but was extremely clean and offers so much space. Any issues with the bugs in previous reviews have been addressed and the dryer is definitely fixed. I washed all of our towels several times during our stay. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. It was perfect for us with two adults and 4 teenagers. This was my first time to the area and with Vacasa. I will rent from Vacasa again. Thanks for a great week!

Great location and facility. Home needs some upgrades or fixes. Roaches in kitchen, king bedding/mattresses could be replaced. Twin beds moved and shook (maybe a rug would help? ) items missing in kitchen (# of plates) dryer kept running after opening door & lastly hot water tan out after 2 showers. Will probably try a different unit next time. Tops’l beach, tennis and pools were clean and properly staffed! Love this place but condo needs a redo

2020 Vacation
Unit was very clean. Very close to tennis courts that we used every day. Tennis in the morning, beach rest of the day. Perfect for us. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tram to beach was very convenient.

Spacious clean comfortable tennis villa
Great place and staff! This unit is close to tiki hut and pool with walk out to courts. Clean and comfortable layout for 6. We can’t wait to come back.
