Come enjoy our beautiful beachfront condo at Beachside I in Sandestin. Beachside I is the perfect location for enjoying all Sandestin has to offer. Our condo is located on the ground floor with open views to the lush grounds and sand dunes and peeks of the sparkling gulf behind the sand dunes. The convenient ground floor location provides easy access to the heated pool, hot tub and the boardwalk to the white sands of Sandestin.
*Tram/Shuttle access included for travel around Sandestin during stay.
The living room has a queen sectional sleeper sofa. The living room has a 55" smart TV to enjoy after your day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with pillow top mattress, wall mounted 32" smart TV, attached master bathroom with a large shower and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plush top mattresses, a 32' HDTV, a large closet and a separate bathroom. After a day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table has lots of room to gather around and make plans for your next day at the beach.
And, don't forget all that Sandestin has to offer. Golf, tennis and bike trails are all available on property. And, The Village at Baytowne Wharf is the perfect spot to enjoy a free concert, dinner at one of the many fine restaurants or just browse through unique shops. Awesome place and location!
Great place for families and close to everything. Wish it had a golf cart option as you cannot rent one in Sandestin unless your an owner we found out. Highly recommend!

Very Responsive Owner
The property was exactly what we were looking for. We had friends staying in the same building and we did dinners on our porch because the back yard/green space was perfect for the kids to run around. Grilling station was very close to our porch and we took full advantage. We had a minor issue with a smoke alarm, and the ownership had it taken care of immediately. The beach chairs that came with the condo were great, and they saved us a lot of packing room in our car. All and all it was an amazing place that we built wonderful memories with our three kids.

Great stay
This is our second time staying here. As expected, we had a great time. The location of the condo is perfect. Extraordinarily easy access to the beach and pool area. Kids once again loved the yard space right off the back patio. The king bed is very comfortable and I was easily able to catch up on much needed sleep. Had a very minor issue at the beginning with check in information (this was VRBOs fault. An IT issue) and Doug was available immediately and quickly rectified everything for us without delay. Five star condo. Five star hosts. We'll be back.

Condo was perfect for our small family. It will be really nice when the pool is completed for those that don’t want to go down to the very busy beach! It would be nice if you had more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Condo was very clean. It was perfect; however, if you want to cook, you have to buy most of your ingredients, only seasonings provided were salt and pepper. All cookwares were available. The beach was amazing to walk on. We were lucky it wasn’t too hot but the waves were high a couple of days that they didn’t let us in the water. Everything was very close by, restaurants and grocery stores. thank you Jennifer for being a great host.

Perfect Location for Families with Littles
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the ground floor condo was perfect for our family which included 3 young children (4 and under). It was a short walk for anything left behind while we were at the pool and even the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, and the addition of beach chairs and toys was a great perk. Our oldest (10) enjoyed trying the skim board on the beach. The pool at this condo is also perfect for young children. The large shallow sun deck allowed them to play independently without us having to hold them in the pool the entire time. We will book again if we take a beach trip to the same area!

Great place for families with littles
We had a great stay at Beachside. Everything was as described. The advantage of being on the ground floor with a 7 and 5 year old was a plus. It takes about a minute to walk to the pool gate, from there, you can take the boardwalk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Showers were clean and no issues with water. Kitchen is fully stocked. They provide towels, umbrella, sand toys, and beach chairs. Kids loved the beach and heated pool. The heated pool was a plus on the day it was very windy. We stayed in April, so the weather is a little cooler. You can find any type of restaurant about 1 mile away from the condo and they all have a kids menu. We visited Baytowne Wharf a few times. Also, Publix is right down the street. You can find more restaurants around that same plaza. Another Broken Egg was perfect for breakfast. Also, there is a shuttle that come around every 30 minutes. You can look up the shuttle schedule to get to Baytowne Wharf and other locations. The owners were always available if I had a question and very helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Good condo
Overall this was a good condo. It's in the Sandestin Resort which is beautiful and has lots of things to do. The condo being on the ground floor is major plus also. The condo was clean and well kept. There were no maintenance issues. It is also very reasonably priced compared to a lot of the other condos, ground floor or otherwise, in Destin. Only drawback was that beach chairs and umbrella, although available and expensive, were not provided as part of the condo rental. The beach outside the condo was GREAT with activity rental access, beach shop, drinks right there behind the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in the Destin area.

Family Vaca 2023
I booked this condo based on other reviews. It did not disappoint. We arrived at exactly check in 4pm on Sunday. We have 3 kids ages 6,4 and 1 -all boys. We really enjoyed the main floor property. Location was great and close to the parking lot for unloading and loading. We just grabbed a cart from the main lobby area and unloaded in our room. The back patio was great and our kids enjoyed the grass area. The back patio light could be brighter we weren’t able to sit outside too late due to this ( not a huge deal) The rooms were HUGE & so clean. The actual unit was spotless. Towels were big and fluffy, lots of outlets and charging areas for all items. Beds were so comfortable until all our kids crawled in with us haha. The kitchen had so many items, we were not without. Laundry was easy to use & dishwasher was handy! The unit was updated and bright and clean, the windows in the master and back patio let in so much beautiful light! The host was so easy to communicate with and very quick to reply. I was so pleased with the communication and her efforts to make our stay wonderful. The gate off the back patio to the pool was locked during our stay because of a little construction so we’re not able to access that path but we just used the inside hallway instead which worked out better because we stopped at the ice machine to fill the cooler on the way to beach/pool! The beach is incredible And private to beachside which made it quiet and enjoyable! We loved it all!

Had a Great Time--Lovely Condo!
This two-bedroom condo was perfect for our February get-away from the snowy Midwest. It's first-floor location was especially nice for carrying in our luggage and was convenient for our shopping trips to the retail and grocery stores. Parking was just steps away, and we never had to wait for an elevator. The downside of the first floor location was the tall dune on the beachside that prohibited a view of the Gulf. We also had numerous cockroaches that visited us throughout the month, which I'm sure is a result of being on the first floor. On the beachside is a nice covered patio with a table and chairs for four--nice for morning coffee or lunch. Jennifer and Doug also have beach chairs on the patio that we enjoyed taking down to sit on the sand. There is also a nice, fenced, grassy area between the condo and the dunes--a great play area for children. At the end of the grassy area to the left are two large propane gas grills and beyond that a heated pool and a hot tub. We utilized both a few times! Access to the gated beach is up and down several steps. On the front side of the condo, mini put, tennis, and pickle ball courts are just across the parking lot within easy walking distance. A free tram is also available within a short walking distance to take you anywhere within the complex, if you do not have transportation. If you are not familiar with the Sandestin complex, there are four golf courses, a Village with retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment for adults and children, and a marina. The condo has a washer and dryer--a real plus--and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher, which we didn't use, since there were just the two of us. Bar stools at the kitchen counter were nice for many of our meals. Others were enjoyed at the large dining table. The master bedroom has an on-suite with a very nice shower and a good-sized closet. There is just a single sink, however. The towels are very nice and large. When we arrived, our first impression was not particularly positive. The front door was badly chipped and was brown and white polka-dot. I contacted Jennifer so she wouldn't think we damaged it, and she told me the exterior was the responsibility of the maintenance company. She contacted them, and they painted the door at our convenience. We were impressed. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Panhandle. Sandestin is a lovely place to stay, and Jennifer and Doug are great!

Seaside Serenity: A Perfect Beachfront Getaway
Our beachfront getaway with my family was truly amazing and exactly what we needed for our 4 day stay. This condo was beautiful and spacious. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our fingertips, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living areas.
