Boomerang Beach House with Heated Pool, Game Room, and Private Beach

Welcome to Boomerang Beach House,

Renew your senses in our tropical oasis located only a few steps from the private beach in a gated community. Boomerang Beach House features a large pool, game room, cabana house, seasonal beach chair setup, and exceptional outdoor space.

Boomerang Beach House’s backyard is a retreat for family fun. The game room under the cabana house has an arcade, billiards, ping-pong, and more. The parking pad has a basketball goal and plenty of room for vehicles. The swimming pool is one of the largest in the area at 49 x 20, with a 14-person spa area, tanning shelf, and fountains. The pool can be heated from October - May for an additional fee.

Once inside, you find luxurious features throughout. Boomerang Beach House boasts a standalone icemaker, TVs in every room, private bathrooms for each room, an HVAC unit for each level, and UV light for air quality. Boomerang Beach House is located near the Silver Sands premium outlet mall, grocery stores, award-winning restaurants, family fun, the Baytowne Harbor, and more.

Main House Layout (sleeps 24):
1st floor (sleeps 8): 4 bedrooms with King beds and private baths, Half bath in hall, Kitchen, Laundry Room w/ ice maker, Living area, Dining area.
2nd floor (sleeps 16): 2 bunk rooms with 2 sets of built-in Queen/Queen bunk beds and private bathrooms.

Cabana House Layout (sleeps 8):
1st floor: 900sf game room with a bathroom.
2nd floor (sleeps 8): Living room with sleeper sofa, Kitchen, Laundry room, King bedroom. Bunk room with full over full beds, Full bathroom between the bedrooms with shower/tub.

Parking: A maximum of 10 vehicles can park on the driveway. No street parking is available.

Pool/Spa Heating is available Oct-May for an extra fee. This service must be requested three days before arrival to ensure adequate time for turning on the heating system.

Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting.
The home has eight folding beach chairs you can carry to the beach in addition to the daily beach chair setup. We do not supply “beach” towels.

All events require prior approval, permitting, and appropriate fees. Please inquire if you plan on getting married or having a celebration here.

Spa Quality amenities are provided with high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Overall we loved this property, by far the best house we have rented for vacation for our large extended family! The location and proximity to the beach was fantastic, as was the pool which was where we spent a great deal of our time. We had more than enough room for all of us, and the 4 king rooms with en suites on the main level were a huge bonus. The pool house was also extremely nice, which included a game room with all the amenities you see in the pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking gear. We cooked several meals and we had plenty of room for our whole group to sit at the table together. There are no condiments or anything of the sort as it likely all gets cleared in between visits but we had brought plenty of items from home and there is a grocery store very close by. The management of the property was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our trip, and they were very pleasant to deal with. If we had to be picky or provide points of improvement, we would have liked to have a bit more control on the pool lights, jets, fountains, as the control panel was a bit confusing - but overall the pool is fantastic. The furniture in the main living room is getting a bit worn, but it did provide plenty of seating while we watched the Olympics. It is a tremendous property that we would definitely recommend and/or return to. Thank you!

Beautiful house and great pool. Plenty of parking and the kids all loved the game room. House was clean and well supplied. We had an issue with the pool and spa and someone showed up very promptly. The rented beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition.

The beach house was wonderful and even better than we expected. We visited with a group of 18 family members for our daughter’s senior trip and there was more than enough room for everyone! We had a couple of minor issues and they were addressed immediately. The maintenance staff was super helpful and friendly! The beach was so close and absolutely beautiful and the chair set up was a huge bonus! The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved that everything was labeled. We cooked almost everyday we were there and were never without anything. The game room was a huge hit with our large group of teens and young adults as was the pool. We loved this place and would absolutely return! Thanks for an amazing experience!

Wonderful property, well equipped. I was not familiar with the area so when I called before traveling to Florida and asked if we could use a golf cart if we rented them. I was told yes without making it clear to us that we would only be able to go down the street the house was on to the beach. Unable to leave the area in golf cart. Other than that everything was perfect

Great Family Getaway!
Very impressed with the Boomerang property. We had five family’s with a total of 26 people and had lots of room. Each adult couple had their own private king room suites. The house was very clean and had all the initial amenities were supplied. Check in and communication with management was great. We had the pool heated which for April temps in the mid 70’s was greatly appreciated. The only issue was that maintenance had to replace a part for the pool heat the day we arrived. The pool was not completely warm by arrival but was still enjoyed. Management called us with the issue before our arrival and everything was perfect the next day. The kids spent the whole time in the pool when at the house. The pool and hot tub were great size and was used almost constantly when at the house. The kitchen had everything needed. Though, could use a couple more hot pads as we only had one. The private beach was beautiful and we used the provided chair and umbrella. The game room was also a great feature with lots to do. The video golf game was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. We enjoyed ourselves so much and hope to return next year here! I highly recommend this property. I can’t say enough good things about Boomerang!

Perfect in every way for a large group getaway!!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Boomerang House. We had a large group (16 adults and 16 children under 6). There was plenty of room; we especially loved that every room had an attached bathroom and the kitchen has a huge dining table and lots of bar stools. Many of the rooms also have closets large enough to fit a pack and play. Lots of cooking supplies (crockpot, wide selection of pots and pans, etc). There was a pack and play and high chair in both the main house and the cabana. Fridge/freezer in the main house, the cabana, and the garage and washer/dryer in both the main house and cabana. The pool was amazing and it was so nice to have it warm because the weather was a little chilly. The one-minute walk to the private white sand beach was amazing and the daily chair set up was so helpful. Management was very responsive; no complaints and we hope to be back!

Amazing Time with Family for the Holidays
Our family spent the Christmas holidays at the Boomerang house and it was wonderful! The house was clean and immaculate when we arrived. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! The kitchen was fully stocked with just about any appliance, cookware, dish or utensil needed. With a house that accommodates the number it does, a commercial refrigerator and larger stove would have been nice. However, having the cabana with a full kitchen did help. The kids, as well as some of the adults, enjoyed the basketball goal and game room in the garage although one of the arcade games didn't work and the pucks were missing from the shuffle board. After a minor adjustment by the manger, the pool and spa were amazing! It was a pleasure to work with Love Rentals. They were prompt with responses to any questions or concerns we had. Thank you for making our holidays merry!

Fantastic for several families
As a group we have been to the Destin area 8 of the past 10 years. This has been one of our favorite homes. The pool area was great for kids and the close walk to the beach helped haul all the stuff you need. We loved the first floor layout with all king suites with their own bathrooms. The guest house was perfect for the family with us who still had small children napping and needing quiet time more often than the older kids.

Awesome Destin multi-family vacation house
This was our first time staying in Boomerang beach house. 7 adults and 7 kids with plenty of room to spare. The property is well-appointed and immaculate. The dining room table was big enough that we all could sit at it and all the amenities were impeccable. We loved the clear ice machine. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The game room was just next level awesome and the pool/hot tub was the perfect size with awesome features like color changing lights and fountains and we couldn’t get the kids out of it! There is literally not a single thing to complain about. The front porch was wide and spacious for sitting and there was plenty of places to sit in the shade and under cover when it rained by the pool. Plenty of towels, plates, coffee cups, anything else we could need. Beach access was a breeze with a short walk and a handful of steps. 2 beach chairs are included on a private beach. The gate ensured not a lot of through traffic and an ice cream truck even came by. Will definitely be coming back!
