Room was clean and very nice. Beautiful view. Host was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. Master bath too small, pool too small, oven was broken, limited tv channels, no trash cans on property except for the disposals located at complete other end of parking lot.

Very nice condo with great views. Clean with comfortable beds. Two beach chairs and umbrella were included which we enjoyed. Walk to private beach is just across the street. The Maravilla complex is nice and is in a safe area. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Stayed in early April so unheated pool was not used but looked nice and clean.

Above and beyond what we hoped for. Walked to dinner every night and afternoon for drinks and food. Loved the beach chair and umbrella set up too! Only complaint is the hot tub only had (2) out of (11) jets working! Fix the hot tub and it’s 5 stars all the way!

Our Son & Daughter-n-Law bought a house in Miramar Beach and it was to be ready to live in by a date.... not so..and we have two under two and a puppy with us... this was a great find / location was perfect..only a mile or so from the new house we were working on to get ready.. this place offered a great pool, beach access, view, it was clean and easy to access. Great find and they worked hard to allow us to check in an hour early... we had no where to go.. it was hot, and we just rode around for a couple of hours to stay cool and keep the babies occupied. Dog friendly was also a key factor... Thanks Everyone who made this happen for us!!

The view of the beach is spectacular from the living room to the Primary bedroom. Everything was clean and you could tell the bedding (sheets and towels) had been highly sanitized. Great access to the beach and it's very close to this condo. It's also close to the stairs and elevator. There isn't a "kiddie closet" so be prepared to bring or buy everything you will need. The crew on the beach always had the chairs and umbrella's set up very early and they all were very nice. The only downside to the beach was the cigarette smoke but the owners can't help that. We 110% will love to stay here again! We contacted Coastline for batteries for the remotes and had them brought to us promptly. We hope your visit is as great of a stay as our family had in this condo.

You can’t beat the view and the location of this condo
We really enjoyed our stay, the view was incredible just as good as condos advertised as “direct beach front” even though the condo is facing a busy street you could not hear anything inside the condo except for the occasional loud motorcycle etc. Some advice for those renting who have kids or like to watch tv, they do have cable and the selection is good but if you want netflix, Hulu and all that bring you Amazon fire stick. Also the back pool is so nice, but be careful the stairs are slippery we saw several people slip and fall including myself. The property is beautiful and a great place to walk your dog, it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back !

The View Alone......and Then it Just Got Better.....
We opened the front door and were greeted by a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald Green.......and sparkling like little gems. Very easy access to the condo. Elevator is just around the corner to the 2nd floor. This is a corner unit w/amazing views and light. Everything you need is there......except you!!! We brought our 2 dogs and they couldn't have been happier. Very family and pet family area with lots of friendly people and other furry babies. Easy access to the beach and very friendly beach supply attendants ready to help at your smallest request. Been to Destin/Santa Rosa dozens of times and stayed in the 30A area. Won't do that again.....This is our spot now with ease of access to shops, restaurants, and beach. A+++++ In our book! Thank you Coastline Condos!
