Beach Baby is just steps from the stunning Private Beach Access! As you arrive at the access point, you are immediately greeted by emerald waters and sugar-white sands. A lush pathway meanders through a dense coastal forest, where vibrant wildflowers and towering palm trees sway gently in the ocean breeze. The scent of saltwater and blooming flora lingers in the air, enticing you further along the enchanting trail. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available March 1st - October 31st.

beautiful place, great location and easy walk to the beach. Pool a bit smaller than photos show but awesome to have our own private pool after a long day at the beach. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home - Great location. Short walk to the beach. Golf cart was very nice to be able to utilize for going shopping at the outlets, beach stores, grocery store, restaurants and morning coffee.

This location was exactly what we were looking for! The space was perfect for our 10-person group, ranging in age from 3 to 78. Perfect walking distance to the beach and the golf cart was perfect for the grocery store.

Without a doubt, this is the finest house we've ever rented for our vacations. Overall a good house!
It was a great stay! We did have an issue with the pool but the property manger/host were quick communicate and resolve it. There are a few outlets that were not completely put into the wall so we did have to keep a close on our toddlers to make sure they were not touching them. Unfortunately those outlets were in the kids room. The house was clean and shocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. There was so much to offer in the garage for the beach. The golf cart was so nice and convenient to have also. Overall this is a great house for families to stay at and we really enjoyed our time in Miramar beach!

Loved every minute here!
Our family of multiple generations spent wonderful days at this property. Its beautifully appointed bedrooms and social areas made it feel like a resort stay. Our family really enjoyed the pool/beach every day. Our family has held reunions at beach or wine country rentals for several years now and must say that this home is by far the cleanest and best organized we've had. When we had questions, the property managers at 30a Beach Girls were very quick to respond, thank you. Highly recommend.

PERFECT in every way!
Beach home @ 30a Beach girls. This vacation was one of the best trips. Our home was so perfectly maintained and beautiful! Steps from the beach with everything you need, so many awesome beach items in garage. Jada, Maci and Hollie are very responsive when you need anything or have questions! Restaurants and fun are very close by. We will be back again!

We had a wonderful trip to the Miramar area. We stayed in30a beach girls vacation home in Miramar Beach, which was very beautiful and luxurious. The home was very roomy with more than enough living space and bedrooms to house the 9 of us comfortably. Jada was very helpful upon our arrival, and another one of the 30a beach girls helped with groceries. We went to the bonfire they held and had so much fun! I strongly recommend this vacation home and 30a beach girls!! We will come back this fall.

Heaven!
My friends and I loved staying at this beautiful perfectly decorated place with it's spectacular location so close to the beach! We were all commenting how we all wished we could stay for a month! The home was stocked with everything anyone could want, and the kitchen was so well organized. The hosts 30a Beach Girls even went the extra effort to leave us a bottle of wine and was very responsive to any questions we had during out stay. A great find!!! We will return!

Family fun
My 4 children and I stayed at Beach Baby for a 4 day vacay. Everything was perfect and the house included everything we could possibly need. I mean everything! In the garage there are many things for fun days at the beach including chairs, umbrella, and beach toys/games for the kids. There is a 6 seat electric golf cart that I did not use because I just didn’t want the hassle of using 2 car seats but it looked to be pretty new and fun. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The outdoor shower was appreciated after coming from the beach. The kids and I couldn’t ask for anything else for our first Florida vacation! This house was really a perfect pick!

Wonderful relaxing place to stay
Everyone at 30a Beach Girls was wonderful and accommodating host from start to finish. We would stay again. Our group was made up of 8 of us (3 adults, 2 teens, twin 5 year olds and a 7 year old). We all fit in comfortably. We used the pool each night - great way to get unwind after a long day of fun! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for cooking. We didn't have a car but the girls helped with a grocery delivery. They also suggested some good places to eat that we rode bikes to. The beach is just a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely return!

Great location! Beautiful home! Truly a 2-3 minute walk from the beach. My 3 and 1 year old were both able to walk to and from the beach by themselves it was so close. Great neighborhood. Quick response when we had some AC problems that were immediately fixed. Cute kids room upstairs with bunk beds. Beds were comfortable. House has a ton of beach stuff in the garage to use. No need to rent chairs or umbrellas. Pack a wagon to bring it to the beach. Great area. Winn Dixie right across the street and lots of restaurants. Only complaint was walking up to the 3rd floor with my kiddos but I just got a work out for the week!

Spring Break with the kids
The property is beautiful and fully furnished. Everything you could ever want or need in the kitchen. There were labels on everything which was very convenient. We had an issue with the WiFi and pool heating on arrival both of which were quickly addressed. Alex was very responsive and was very accommodating. Great customer service. There is a very short walk to the beach. Shorter than it looks on the map. The beach is beautiful white sand. We did not rent chairs or umbrellas because the home had all the beach accessories available to us in the garage. Definitely appreciated. We never used the golf cart- but it looks brand new. Having the grocery store so close we walked for any grocery needs. We would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect- not super busy like Destin.

This rental was the perfect way for us to enjoy Miramar and Destin as part of a trip for a wedding. We found the house it spotless condition with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, including bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, games, that you could hope for. The communication with the owner of 30a beach Girls and our property manager was prompt and clear. The location is amazing, providing easy access to the beach, and the rest of the Miramar and Destin area. We wanted to cook and have friends over and the full set of dishes, appliances, pots and pans, and pool made that fun and easy. Groceries area 5 minutes away on the bike. We have high expectations when we travel, and this listing met them all. Hollie thank you for assisting with all our plans and annoying questions. We will return!

Beautiful home
What a beautiful home! We had a fantastic stay here. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. The golf cart was a great bonus as well as all the toys and chairs for the beach. My 75 year old mom and 3 grandchildren (ages 1, 2, and 4) were all easily able to walk the short distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Family Getaway
We enjoyed our time at the Beach Baby! The house is well equipped and very spacious. When we arrived, the heated pool option was not functioning correctly, but it was quickly taken care of by Coastal Retreats and we had no issues the rest of our stay. We rented chairs/umbrellas on the beach each day, which was very affordable and easy. I will, however, say that some of the neighbors who are owners in the neighborhood were not kind to some other renters during our stay and requested "private beach access with no interrupted view" to themselves, even after the families who were staying in the neighborhood had been at the beach for several hours before the owners arrived. I do not find it appropriate to single out owners on the beach, as the renters who choose to rent in this area have paid a fair amount to stay and should have equal access to any area of the beach for Shipwatch. We would definitely stay here again!
