Come enjoy this gorgeous and newly remodeled beach condo at Emerald Waters!

This awesome first-floor condo on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is only 75 steps to the beach, 25 steps to the pool and spa. Close restaurants like Pompano Joes, the Whales Tail and great spots for morning coffee are within easy walking distance.

This beautifully furnished and decorated 2BR/2BA condo has gated beach access for Emerald Waters residents and guests only. A bedroom pictured here is what one of the 2 bedrooms will look like and includes custom built bunk beds!!

Christmas stay
My spouse and the pups stayed for a week over Christmas. We were thankful they allowed pets! The place was clean, it had all the basics and checkin/out was easy. Location was easy to get to the beach and within walking to the boardwalk and restaurant. The pool and hot tub were close to room.Only drawback for some might be the lack of a view. It was fine for us as we had the pups and it was easy to take them out with it being ground floor.

Awesome, relaxing, perfect getaway
I absolutely loved my stay here. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was close by, and almost never busy. The ocean walk wasn't bad at all. I've stayed on the beach and had to walk farther. It was an easy walk to the beach. I will definitely book this again. Kids bedroom was so cool. Our master-sweet was perfect.

5-Star Stay ***** This condo was incredible! Just as pictured. Spacious and clean! 2 king size beds were very comfortable and all the amenities were perfect. 1 minute walk to a private beach. My family was super impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the condo. Definitely looking forward to staying again in this condo. Why look somewhere else! Owners were very accommodating, informative, and communicated great when asked questions.

Fantastic condo!
We enjoyed our stay at La Vida Loca so much. This was our family’s 1st trip to this area of Florida. Bunk room was perfect for our 3 boys. The cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Decor is updated and so nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location to the pool and beach access was fantastic. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Wonderful communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was the perfect size for our group and beach access was great. The only problem that we had is that the bed in the master is ROCK HARD. We will definately rent again if the mattress is replaced with something more comfortable.

Awesome stay, great location!
The condo was nice and spacious for the three of us and the bunk room was awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped and the furnishings throughout were nice and comfortable. The first floor location made it easy for us to get to the pool and beach without having to take stairs or the elevator. The pool wasn’t that big, but was adequate for the amount of people staying in the complex. Road noise can be loud late at night, so I’d recommend bringing a sound machine to cover up the sounds if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with the hosts was always prompt and Roberto was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice place to stay while on vacation. It was right across the street from the beach and we loved the fact that Alvins Island was right next door. The owner was great to answer questions and help us find it. Thank you for my making our stay wonderful. Also, we loved the fact that the kids room had a built in fan. That was def a plus for us since we sleep with fans. Lol

Excellent Miramar Beach stay
Miramar beach was amazing. The condo was awesome. Super clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and things for the kids. We added 2 umbrellas for the next guests. The owners were great and accommodating. They communicated perfectly through our whole stay. I will definitely be contacting them again for future stays. Five stars.

Enough space with the bunk bed that a family can Enjoy the location that’s directly across the beach the swimming pool is right off of the back porch there is shopping right on the corner of the street what is coffee shops CVS breakfast restaurant everything you need is within walking distance. Destin board walk is a quick 10 min drive

Fabulous property with AWESOME location!
We had a fabulous stay over spring break! The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for our small group. The first floor location was also very convenient with our small dog. My son could have easily brought a friend and the super cute 2nd bedroom would have been perfect for 2. The location is just perfect...so convenient to just walk across the street for private beach access. It was also very easy to zip back during the day if we needed anything. Also super easy walking distance to Pascali's Kitchen (you HAVE to try the beignets) as well as Bad Ass Coffee. We also walked down to Pompano Joe's a few times. There was ample parking, super easy load/unload. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for a great spring break!

The condo was nearly perfect! It was recently renovated and very clean. Very comfortable and a great location, too. 25-30 steps to the pool and right across the street from the beach! Bert and Dave are exceptionally responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!
