Beautiful townhouse, very clean, end unit, no one above or below you, quiet area, 2 free spots to park for you directly in front of townhouse. Golf & bike rental nearby, 2 outside areas, one screened in, 2 large master suites, with King beds. Wood look porcelain floors, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops, kitchen and baths. Very roomy living area. Excellent location, near San Destin, shopping, and Destin Harbor. Queen sleeper Murphy bed downstairs with half bath. WIFI is provided. Washer and dryer...close to the the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world. Have to see to appreciate. Just 5 minute walk to beach, or pool out the back door. You can enjoy many air dining experiences which include live music and amazing sunsets!! Many Extras!

This property was perfect. I booked it for a girls beach trip and it was exactly what we needed. The communication with Amelia was perfect, everything was clean. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. If you’re thinking about booking this place absolutely do it!

The location was perfect. You could either walk down the street to the beach or walk out the back door to the pool. Communication with the owner was awesome. Everything we needed was in the area.

Wonderful Beach Breakaway
The property had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation by the beach or just relaxing at the property. It was an easy walk to the beach and Pompano Joe's was a great place to eat. Amelia was wonderful and responsive. We would definitely look at booking this place in the future.

Quiet and convenient
Lovely, spacious and beautifully furnished Townhouse that included ample supplies for a beach outing, quite location which is convenient to various attractions for adults or family with children. Some of our favorite restaurants where food and service was excellent were AJ’s, Pompano Joes and The Back Porch.

Great 2 Master Suite Option Close to Beach
This was an amazing retreat. It had the perfect set up for me, my husband and my husband's family with the 2 master suites, each with it's own bathroom, and the murphy bed in the living room. We enjoyed the pool almost every day and walked to the beach most mornings for a nice long stroll. The place was so clean and comfortable and had everything you will ever need and more. The owner is so nice and very responsive to questions. I can't wait to return!!

I am so picky and I cannot find one thing wrong with this place! The location is perfect because we love the beach behind Pompano Joes! The unit is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I would definitely book again.

We had the best time. The townhouse was stunning. Amelia, the property owner was incredible. She had everything we could have needed, and that’s saying a lot since we have two small children. This is definitely a place we would love to come back too!

The townhouse was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed and more. We loved being so close to the beach (and having chairs, towels, cooler, etc. to use) as well as Thirty A with so many neat restaurants, shops, etc. Miramar beach has so much to offer. Amelia, the owner was readily available when needed her. Very pleased with everything. Thank You!
