Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Accommodations is a 2 bdrm Condo, very clean and everything worked with towels for our entire stay. The only thing we didn’t care for is the guests/us not being allowed to lounge on the beach in the owners area unless we paid to rent umbrellas and chairs. If where staying in the owners condo because the owners are not, I feel we should be allowed to lounge in the owners area on the beach without inconveniencing other owners lounging on the beach. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Complex was nice, problems were stopper in 1 of master sinks was broken, middle window of master bed room leaked are the bottom during the rain Friday. Other than that , I'll be back, unit was nice but I'll try to get another next time. I do like Tops'l!

Views and relaxation
This condo was such a great get-a-way for a long weekend and much needed. Although the floors were a little sticky, almost like the coating on the floor was done to quick, it was such a peaceful stay. I loved how close to the beach it was and how welcoming it felt. The front gate security was so tentative and waved and smiled every time we came through no matter what time it was. There were plenty of towels in the condo which was nice. We loved that we could rent chairs and so quickly and easily get drinks at the bar by the pool without getting hot or sweaty from a long walk. This condo was located near Destin which made getting to shops and restaurants a breeze. We will most definitely be staying here again and keep it on our perfect places to stay list.

Not my favorite room
Although I love Tops’l beach manors atmosphere the room was subpar to the last 2 we stayed at. Outdated, dirty and disgusting couches, the bottom bunk mattress reeked of urine, the master bed was hard, the toilet handle in master always stuck. I will likely never book this room again.

We have been coming to this area for 20 years. This is a nice place close to the beach. The only thing I would bring is extra blankets. Would stay there again.

Beautiful location
First trip to the panhandle. The beach area was absolutely gorgeous very clean. The pool area was very nice and perfect for teenagers and adults. The condo itself was wonderful had everything we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer available. Great balcony lovely master bedroom. The pull out sofa needs to be replaced, and the twin size beds have some wear n tear on them... The unit was an excellent location. We were so close to the beach and the pool, parking was very accessible, overall wonderful trip. I would rent again from this unit. And would recommend.

Great condo!
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 with the bunk bed and additional single in the 2nd bedroom. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. The view from the huge window in the master is great! The location is perfect to get yo the beach easily! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

5th year in the books
I love this Resort, the condos are so easy to book and check in is pain free. Security is top notch and everyone that works here is very friendly. I always stay at Beach Manor, view is always amazing, this is our 5th year and will be back next year for sure.
