Elegantly furnished, relax in this spacious condo that is perfect for a family of up to 8 or a couple's retreat. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and inviting décor. We have the best beaches in the world - and provide an umbrella and two beach chairs to enjoy it! Take the short walk to the 2200 foot Seascape private beach, or enjoy tennis, a wonderful golf course right out your front door, or take a dip in Seascape resort’s many pools, including the two spectacular pools exclusive to Ariel Dunes 1. This condo is in an AMAZING location, just over a mile to the world-class Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and just a couple of miles more to either stunning Grand Boulevard, Villages of Baytowne Wharf, or the many attractions of Destin. We offer a large Master BR with a King-sized bed, a spacious guest BR with Queen-sized bed, and a bunk room with one set of two bunk beds for the kids. We have the best sleeper sofa available anywhere, with a super-comfortable Queen-sized mattress - you have to sleep on it to believe it! We’re excited about making your beach vacation a joyful experience! Book today!
We want to make you aware that beginning on October 1, 2024 - March 1, 2025, our building will be refurbishing our elevator system. Our condo is on the 14th floor. Two of the four elevators in the building will be unavailable during those times. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Perfect place to stay
Perfect place for the Avett Moon Music Festival. Condo was perfect, nicely decorated, nice view of the water and clean. Pickleball courts and beach close by and a quick walk to the Waffle House. We could even hear and see the music festival from the walkway. Thank you for letting us stay!

Our family of 5 had the best stay at this beautiful condo! Location is perfect, the view is gorgeous, and we all slept very comfortably. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, well equipped including beach chairs and umbrella. Spacious balcony with magnificent view of the beach and ocean. 3 minute walk to beach. Shopping, restaurants all nearby. Hosts were accessible and very helpful.

Peaceful Stay and Beautiful Views
This is the first time I’ve booked a stay on Vrbo (our daughter usually does it). The owners, Kim and Richard’s communication and friendliness thru email was wonderful and we had no issues finding the condo and checking in. The condo was very clean, comfy, and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great, plenty of water pressure and a handheld shower nozzle, which I prefer when showering. We loved the view! We could hear the sound of the ocean while sitting on our balcony. We felt so comfortable at Shelley Shores, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin. Thank you Kim and Richard for sharing this gem of a place.

The property was very clean and everything that was listed you get ,check in was super easy and the host of the property were very nice and very responsive . The view of the ocean was a site to see from the balcony. My family and I will definitely return back in the summer.

Thanksgiving get away
Had a great view, and we liked the master bathroom. We enjoyed the belcony sunrise and sunset. It was very quit for our stay. Hope it is available next time we come to Seascape.
