Ayres Hotel Chino Hills – Ontario
5/5 Excellent
"RM 340 is very clean and nice with new renovations, however, the mini fridge, keep making knocking and pinging sounds throughout the stay sometime lightly then very unexpectedly turned loud we did not get a good rest due to the sudden noises. Staff although professional seem very cold and interested, maybe just me being use to Ayres Diamond Bar staffs. Besides the the annoying and sleep depression caused by the mini fridge this property is very nice. We did not contact front desk as it was late at night we were out until 930pm, I highly doubt the staff could have fixed a mini fridge radiator at that time and also we were to tired to even move everything to another room if that was the way solution staff would've offered.
