Lovely property for families
We have just returned from our stay, and had a wonderful time. The property itself is a very good size - with 3 large bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, and a fully equiped kitchen. The outside space is perfect - with a large covered area with sofas and dining table and a large lawn with plenty of shade from trees. There were loads of toys, games etc to keep the kids entertained. The swimming area is gated off for safety and while not Olympic sized is just right for having a dip on a hot day (as it is not heated it was a little chilly sometimes). The owner (Phillipe) was very welcoming. There is not too much to do in Mios itself (a bakery to get your morning croistants, a tree climbing and canoeing center, and a couple of restraunts), but is makes a good base for exploring the Arcachon basin.

really enjoyed our stay
My family and I really enjoyed staying the house, in particular the covered veranda with the table and chairs and settee was great and was used most nights. We all loved the swimming pool, and the children loved collecting the eggs from the chickens which was an added bonus. The house was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. many thanks Jonathan

Agréable maison , bien équipée, tout y est comme à la maison …. Le + est biensur la piscine 😃. La situation géographique est top pour aller à Arcachon, Biscarrosse , la Teste de buch puis Cap Ferret par la côte . Les propriétaires sont partis en vacances à notrearrivée mais ont été assez disponibles par tel si nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons cet hébergement. Laura tel

Schönes Ferienhaus als perfekte Ausflugsbasis
Es handelt sich um ein schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in Mios, mit kleinem Pool, zwei Hühnern und großem Garten. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Packung Canelés und eine Flasche Wein. Als die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte, haben sie sich schnell um die Reparatur gekümmert und sogar angeboten, unsere Wäsche zu waschen. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde Arcachon und die Dune du Pilat erreichen. Nach Bordeaux muss man aufgrund des starken Verkehrs eher eine Stunde einplanen. Bordeaux ist aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ein großer E.Leclerc Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Merci beaucoup, Philippe et Rose!

Super schönes und gepflegtes Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeber
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und Philippe ist jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Hühner am Haus und täglich frische Eier sind ein besonderes Highlight, wir haben unsere Ferien dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette propriété. La maison et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et équipés. Un très bon accueil et des petits cadeaux de bienvenue qui font très plaisir. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et réactifs en cas de souci. La situation géographique permet de visiter de nombreux lieux de la région. C'est une adresse que nous garderons.

Accueil et endroit irréprochable
Philippe et Rose ont été d’un accueil incroyable. Toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins pendant cette semaine. Nous avons eu le droit à des attentions dès notre arrivée. C’est un lieu adéquat avec des enfants. Ils nous ont donné l’accès à tous les jeux de la maison, balançoire, toboggan, cabane…etc. Du bonheur pour nos enfants et endroit très sécurisant pour des enfants. Nous recommandons vraiment ce lieu pour des familles, des amis aussi, car chacun peut profiter de sa chambre, sa salle de bain. Bref, séjour parfait pour nous et encore merci à vous Rose et Philippe et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans la maison de Rose et Philippe.. ils ont été tres accueillants et sympathiques ( encore merci pour les caneles) . La maison est tres agréable et parfaite pour une famille, avec des ados et enfants en bas age.. table de pingpong, piscine, jeux pour enfants, balançoires et poules, tout le monde y trouve son compte et c est super! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Rose et Philippe qui ont été très accueillants. La maison est très propre et très agréable, avec un très beau jardin. Il y a beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants qui ont adoré la maison. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine malgré un temps mitigé. En bref, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Séjour trop court pour profiter totalement des équipements de la maison et des petits plus (oeufs frais du petit poulailler ou tomates du potager) . Jolie maison très bien équipée, jusqu'au petit détails, également très bien entretenue (intérieur comme extérieur) elle est très accueillante, confortable et bien située. Très belle propriété tel que décrit sur l'annonce et les photos avec des propriétaires extrêmement charmant et disponible avant et pendant le séjour. Propriétés et prestations irréprochable. Des espaces extérieurs plus qu'agréable pour passer de bon moment avec des jeux laissés disponibles par le propriétaire mais aussi avec beaucoup de confort pour passer des moments de calme et de détente. La maison est très belle et très bien équipée. Confort assuré. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et très bien agencé. De nombreux loisirs proposés ( table de ping pong, vélos, jeux de sociétés...).
