"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms to the left, to the right, above and below. If anyone chooses this hotel to use the Spa - don’t be fooled. You have to pay extra and the use is timely limited. All in all it has a alternative hippie charm. It was clean though. But not necessarily something I’d recommend "

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. "Nuestra estancia en Casa Carlini fue muy satisfactoria. El dueño de la propiedad, Carlos, que vive en el mismo alojamiento, fue muy atento y cordial desde el minuto uno. En todo momento se encontró a nuestra disposición y se esforzó al máximo para que estuviésemos cómodas y para ayudarnos en cualquier cosa que necesitásemos.
