Original hardwood floors bring the character of the living room to life! Relax and enjoy the colors and subtle charm of the room. Located on the first floor, this quiet and accessible single bedroom unit has a queen bed and plenty of built-in closet space. The kitchen has virtually everything you will need to prepare meals from utensils to Instant Pot, you will have what you need for nearly any meal! Order groceries on DoorDash or stock-up at the Marketplace only 5 minutes away, and you will be ready to start cooking! If not in the mood to cook, nearby fast food and dine-in restaurants are sure to hit the spot! USB chargers throughout the unit make charging devices easy.

The unit has private access leading directly to the shared space basement coin operated laundry. Additional locker room for your convenience will make longer stays a breeze. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.

Guests will have full access to this cozy 480 square foot apartment with private basement laundry access and convenient driveway parking. Additional parking is located in street and directly across the street in front of the house.
