The microwave was missing the glass plate to set stuff on but other than that was a great room. We had the jacuzzi in our room and it worked and was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. "Just want to clarify - Did have a small balcony but inaccessible due to having a secure rod blocking door track but was not advertised for a balcony.. Overall, my stay (2 nights) was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Very clean throughout. Huge variety for continental breakfast. Excellent water pressure for shower. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again next time in the area. "
