"Perfect hotel for Mayo Clinic trip. Easy access in enclosed walkway connected to hotel or they do offer shuttle to appointments. Lots of good restaurants including the one at lobby. Our room was large, modern & had every amenity. Great walking shower, comfy sofa in room (which I wish I’d slept on as my bed was particularly hard). Only shortcoming in hotel was no coffee service at lobby. Had to walk to a breakfast cafe. "

"Hotel has a great location but is waiting for renovation and rebranding. No hair dryer provided, no one at the desk to ask about it. Breakfast was substandard. Only coffee in the room were two flavored Keurig pods. Stairs up were dirty, furniture in the room more than a bit dingy. But a good price, which is what I had been seeking for just one night to lay down my head. Even so, I probably won't stay there until after the remodel (sorry). "

"The stay was great until we tried to relax in the hot tub. There were about 30 unsupervised kid jumping in the pool, throwing each other in and doing cannonballs around us. We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room.
