Our family had a great time staying here. No problems. Its just a mile from a Target. We had plenty of towels and the kids loved playing the arcade game.

Our group of 10 was in town for a wedding and this was a fantastic place to stay. Good location close to the city and shopping and restaurants. Clean and just as the listing portrayed.

This was a great property to stay in. It is close to everything that we wanted to do. The property was exactly as pictured and owner was very responsive! We loved the board with suggestions of things to do in the area!

The kitchen was nice with a nice coffee maker and appreciated the laundry soap and laundry facilities. The parking space was nice and love the location so close to Hamline University. The yard could use some work Would definitely stay here again though.

Sports trip to the twin cities.
Great location for attending NFL game and NHL game. Half way between both stadiums. Close to rosedale center for shopping. The house had tons of room for our group. Well kept and clean. Great place to stay. Would stay here again next year !

Bonspiel Visit
First impression wasn’t great as we checked in and were greeted with trash and dirty linens from the prior renter. Kudos to the host for arranging a cleaning while we were at an event and we came back to a cleaner house. Overall a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and good access to area amenities.

This house worked really well for our 2 families to share w bedrooms & bathrooms on each level. Kitchen is roomy enough, coffee drinkers appreciated that coffee was stocked when we arrived. Beds were soft but comfortable. Plenty of linens, kitchen was reasonably equipped. We had a good stay here. Thanks Rachael!

My daughter and I stayed with her two little boys. The house and neighborhood were great. No traffic since it is a dead-end street. Loved seeing the community garden and local families taking care of it. Our host was easy to get in touch with and always available. Would definitely use this property again.

Great for families
This is a great place to stay if you are bringing your family. It is 5 minutes from the zoo, which is still pretty active and largely indoors in the winter. It is also only 20 minutes to the Mall of America. There are plenty of beds. The kitchen is bare essentials. The living room is comfortable. We were there in the winter and the owner was kind enough to provide a snow shovel and salt to keep the driveway and walkways clear.

Great value!
The unit was a real good value. Not fancy, but very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Knocked off a star as the water pressure was less than desirable and the drains were slow. Nothing better than a comfortable bed when traveling for a good night sleep.

Everything we needed, and more!
There's so much space at this property! It doesn't look like it from the front, but the owners fit an impressive amount into the duplex, including four separate bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a nice living room. Perfect to spread out, even when it's two of us since one likes to wake up early and work out (and occasionally has to take refuge from the snoring of the other!) Very centrally located to major arterial roads within 5 minutes, which is great since we drove all over the metro to tour and visit friends and family.

Cool Family Christmas
Basement bedrooms were quite cold. Furnace didn’t seem to circulate in basement. Bedrooms good size and slept our family comfortably. Living space small for amount of bedrooms. Great service and quiet neighborhood.
