Stay in this cozy hideaway right in the center of Uptown. The Little Lady is filled with charm to make you feel right at home. Lake of the Isles is just a half mile from the front door. Very clean and calm space. The Little Lady is in the heart of uptown near many restaurants, shops, and the 3 lakes. Conveniently located near Lunds & Byerlys, Kowalskis, and Cub Foods. Uptown offers a very diverse selection of food options and near many walking/bike trails. The Little Lady is also right near Target Field (Baseball), Target Center (Basketball), and US Bank Stadium (Football).

Gas Grill located in the backyard: You may need to bring the old propane tank to Bryant Hardware just down the street and swap it out for a new one for $25/refill.

Laundry: Coin Operated and shared in the basement.

This home does have a security system located in all “shared common spaces” such as laundry facilities and shared yard.

Just what we needed!
We had a lovely three nights at the Little Lady while we were having our floors refinished. It was very comfortable, pet friendly, and clean. We had last-minute questions and Josh was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The Little Lady
We stayed at this quaint little home away from home in late August, when we went to drop off our daughter for college. Coming from Texas, we wanted a comfortable place with convenience to shopping, since we would be getting stuff for her dorm. The house is very much as advertised. It is part of a duplex, with plenty of space for four (two in bedroom and two in living room). Kitchen in nice and well stocked with pans, plates, etc. There is a coffee make and microwave, along with full stove and fridge, but no dishwasher. Laundry, if needed is available. You can tell the place has been updated, carpets seem new. There is a double entry, with keyless locks, but the neighborhood seems very quiet, safe and super friendly! You are in close proximity to many restaurants, eclectic shops and so much more. Drive time to the airport is about 20 minutes. Drive time to University of Minnesota is about 10 minutes. There is parking in the rear alley, where all the neighbors have their garage. We even saw a couple of rabbits come out at dusk. I would gladly stay at this location again!

Super pet friendly
This little house near Uptown was fully updated, clean, and pleasant. The furnishings had personality and a modern sensibility even though the building itself is vintage with a bit of old house charm. (You are renting half of the one-story building, which is a duplex.) The best things about this spot were the entirely positive pet vibes (including a great message board with info you need for traveling with animals and more) and the close proximity to Uptown shopping and events.

Cute Little Place
Nice location and walkable to a lot for cool little areas. Clean and perfect for what we needed on our little getaway. If you stay here, make sure to walk next door to Canteen and up to Black Walnut Bakery. So good!

Cute place
This met our needs perfectly. It is in a nice residential neighborhood that is fairly quiet with low traffic. There is a really good coffee shop almost next door. It was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was a little difficult to get ahold of the owner but he eventually responded to a text message very quickly. The furniture is also a little old and thrown together but was totally fine for our purposes since we were mainly just sleeping there and spending the day out and about. Would absolutely stay here again.

Super Convenient

Great stay!
My wife and I booked this house for 6 days to visit friends. It was fantastic! The home is clean and roomy. It had nice decor and a lot of thoughtful touches. We liked the Uptown neighborhood a lot. We were minutes from the trails around the lakes. We found many good restaurants and activities nearby, too. Josh was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for U of M visit
The rental was just the right size for our extended weekend for a college visit. We appreciated food recommendations left on the board in the kitchen. Located in walking distance to coffee shop, cafes and public transportation. Street parking was available just outside the rental. The owner was easy to reach in messenger and left number if we needed anything during our stay. If we choose this college I’m sure we will book again.

My stay was amazing all around. Josh was SO helpful when I had last minute changes to my housing situation. He was quick to respond and so kind. The place is very nice and clean, in a great neighborhood, and the check in process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Josh’s property. He was a very helpful host and incredibly communicative. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities necessary for my stay. Special touches included luxury towels, bedding, attractive decor, chalkboard with local recommendations and emergency service info, as well as a journal from past visitors. Location was ideal and had many restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors nearby. Highly recommend this property and Josh as a whole. It was an easy and seamless “transaction” from beginning to end. Will recommend to friends and family.

Clean and Comfortable
The check in process was simple and easy, and it was an simple location to find. The neighborhood was super cute and it was easy to get anywhere you wanted to go. The place was super clean, smelled like a spa, and all the little details were amazing! There was anything we could need available there for us, and more. The bed was super comfortable, and for two who don’t usually get to sleep in - it was wonderful! Josh was super thoughtful and answered any messages super quick!
