Asked for a refund regarding above complaints and zero results from hotel management. This property should not be on Expedias website, it’s awful!!!

States breakfast on app but paper daying no breakfast when yku got there, i wouldn't eat any anyways sfter stepping in the hotel Shower was clogged,marajuana smell tjat my daughter eas not able to sleep as it smelled in room

Stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Both Saturday and Sunday morning there was nothing for breakfast except English muffins. Milk, both juices and water was empty. All the other food plates and mini fridge were empty. Even the coffee was cold.

We booked this stay February 28 the same day as our stay, because of a fair price and the booking said it included a breakfast, which we had enjoyed other times. When we went down for the 7:00 AM breakfast the next morning March 1, we were told they do not do it anymore. But the website which gave the price, room choices, etc. stated an included breakfast. False advertising! We asked for a compensation which was denied.

Great price, breakfast needs to start at 5 am for those of us that need to be gone by 6 a.m. Older guests shouldn't have to walk 100 yards to their room. Shorter to go out the back door and across the court yard

Foyer was dirty, both entrances constantly smelled like weed. The continental breakfast was “down” for the duration of our stay, not sure how fruit and cereal can “not be working”. Our room’s window not only didn’t close but you could just push the pane out which left our room very cold at night, and our bathroom door neither closed nor locked. Will never come back, and actively encourage our friends and family to avoid.
