Conveniently located near 494 and 94 and only blocks away from all the major restaurants, (over 50), shoppes, hospitals, and sports fields! 20 min from MOA and downtown Minneapolis. Professionally cleaned and almost everything new. A perfect spot to stay and enjoy the Minneapolis/Maple Grove area. We promise you will enjoy it here!

We come up to Minneapolis every year for Thanksgiving and this year we stayed in this house and it was perfectly located for everything we needed to do. The owner was responsive and we had a great stay.

Wonderful neighborhood
The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The home is much larger than I expected, and very clean. The beds were not very comfortable, the mattresses a little thin, however that is certainly a personal preference thing. Communication with the owner was very easy and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay

Maple Grove Gem
This was a perfect place for my family to stay while attending a family wedding. The house is in a cute, quiet neighborhood close to everything without feeling like it. Very clean and comfortable. It was a great home away from home for the week. I would definitley stay again when back for a visit.

Communication was excellent. Easy access to many good shops, entertainment, and outdoors. Unit was well stocked throughout and very clean and comfortable. The video game was a cool and fun surprise.

Great location and the house has all you need!
Great three bedroom home on the west side of Minneapolis. Everything is within a quick drive including the airport, Mall of America, downtown Minneapolis and Paisley Park. Nice amenities included a washer and dryer. Added bonus: an old school video game console table including one of my favorites, Tempest. Over all, we had a great stay and would recommend.

This was the BEST Vrbo experience I’v had. I definitely give it a 5 star plus!!!
It was very clean. The house had everything you need. If I had a question or needed anything they was always available. The neighborhood super quiet and felt safe. I would definitely stay there again when I come to visit Minnesota again!

Comfortable, Clean, Responsive Hosts
We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The home was clean and comfortable. There is one bedroom and bathroom on main floor. Other two bedrooms and bathroom in nicely finished lower level, which worked well for us. We had a little trouble with the thermostat but the hosts responded quickly. We would stay again.

Not as Expected
We arrived at the property approximately 9:45 PM on Oct 3rd. There was on overwhelming Febreeze odor. Once the air freshener was removed, we noticed a musty smell to the property. After walking thru the property we saw the bathrooms were very dirty and had to be cleaned prior to using. We took photos to show the hair, mold, dust, and left over shampoos and soaps in the showers. The dehumidifier was not running properly and we emptied a full bucket of water from it, which helped. The window blinds were full of dust. The spare pillows were yellowed from use and the beds were not comfortable. Due to our children's allergies we decided we could not stay at the property and went to a hotel nearby. This is the first bad experience we have encountered with VRBO over 15 years of using VRBO properties.The host was not forgiving or sympathetic to the issues raised, just would advise their cleaner for the future. I would NOT recommend this property.
