Great stay in Wayzata
My wife, son and I spent a very enjoyable long weekend in Wayzata. This house was perfect for us. It was exactly as advertised -- well located and very comfortable. We highly recommend this home for any visitor to the area!

Great location!
House had plenty of room for our family and is in a great location. A quick 5-10 minute drive and there are tons of food and drink options. There are many nearby outdoor activities to do as well.

Lovely home in a nice residential area
My husband and I stayed here during our wedding week. It was a cozy homebase for us for the week. The upstairs primary suite is nice and spacious, and the downstairs bedrooms are cute, too.

Great location, nicely updated home
The house is very comfortable and sits on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood next to a public park with tennis courts and a walking trail. It is well-suited for families with master bedroom upstairs and additional bedrooms on the main level. Check in and check out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location for proximity to several towns for shopping and fairly close to Chanhassen dinner theater. The upstairs room and separate bathroom is great for some separation from a group. The living room only sits 3 comfortably.

Updated cozy and just perfect
Loved the fully updated house! It was beautifully equipped. The hosts were lovely to communicate with, the house was clean and cozy, and they left us some wonderful welcome snacks and drinks in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to Wayzata town and beautiful area to visit, wish we had more time to explore.

Great home in residential neighborhood
Very happy with our week-long stay here! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the owners was helpful and prompt. We loved being so close to Spasso, a. great neighborhood restaurant, as well as a few grocery stores. I was able to get a few neighborhood walks in and felt very safe. Very pretty park literally next door to the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break!
We came out as a family to stay near to my Mother in the Wayzata area. It was a pleasant experience and we had a good time staying at this cottage near to bays and parks. Overall a good experience and the hosts were very responsive. My VRBO app was not working so well, but not their fault and really did not make any issues. Love Minnesota even in the Winter!

Perfect Getaway!
What a great place to stay when we came to visit family! The house was well-appointed, very clean, and close to so many things. We took advantage of the park next door for walks, playing on the playground, and introduced our daughter to tennis. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around was a breeze. Our hosts were very responsive to all questions and helped to make our stay perfect! Their recommendations for places to eat and explore were great and we have a new favorite in Crisp & Green. We will be planning to stay here for our future visits and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood and a super comfortable place to stay.

Minneapolis Retreat
We were visiting the area with our five kids and this house was perfect for us!! The home is very cozy, the kitchen was well stocked (everything we needed was there), and the location was great! Lots of amenities and yummy restaurants nearby. Very safe location and the owners were very responsive when we had a question. I’d definitely go back!

Toastique Grand Opening
Our daughter and son in law opened up a new restaurant in Wayzata called Toastique. We were visiting for the grand opening! The house was perfectly located and provided a home away from home for us. Very clean and the owners were easy to reach if necessary.

A terrific stay!
My mom and I found this stay to be ideal in every way. The location was central to all the relatives we wanted to visit as well as attractions like the Arboretum and the waterfront in Wayzata. The owners were helpful and responsive, and the house itself was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. Thank you for a lovely place to stay!

Wedding Weekend
We were 4 adult ladies visiting Minnesota for a wedding. We found the property to be very clean and had everything as advertised. We were a little surprised by how small the place was in total but it had everything we needed. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or needs and access to the property was easy. Location wise we were just 10 minutes from the town of Wayzata which was very convenient since we had a car. I would recommend staying here as long as you don’t need a lot of space for people to hang out. There is a small living room with one couch and 1 chair. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with a large bathroom/shower area. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were small But adequate as was the shared bathroom. The screened in patio was a nice addition.

5 stars across the board! If it's available, book it.
The house itself was adorable, clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic! There is so much to do in the immediate area. You can walk across the backyard to tennis courts, a soccer field, hockey rink, park and more. The master is upstairs with a huge bathroom and closet, and there are 2 additional rooms on the main floor, which accommodated my family of 4 perfectly (also 2 full bathrooms). There's a four seasons porch area with a table for 6, and more outdoor seating on the surrounding deck. They have nests to control the AC/Heat and the temp was always very comfortable. Nicole was responsive whenever I had questions and check in was well communicated and straight forward. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect little cottage!
My husband, myself, and my in-laws were in town to visit relatives…this cozy home was perfect! Clean, well appointed kitchen for making meals, very comfy beds, and lovely living room and deck to hang out with family. Owner was readily available with any questions and was very accommodating. Close to downtown Wayzeta and Excelsior and was located right next to a lovely walking path. Will definitely stay here again when we come back in town!
