Comfortable 3-bedroom home with all the amenities a traveler could ask for and more. This home boasts a large updated kitchen that is a chef's dream. The kitchen opens up into the living/dining room that has plenty of seating and features a brand new 55" TV. The main level also includes 2 bedrooms with new queen-sized Nectar mattresses, and an updated full bathroom. The basement is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie or the game with another brand new 55" TV in the family room that also includes a wet bar and mini-fridge. Both TVs are smart TVs with plenty of apps to use. Guests must use their own logins for TV apps. Also, included in the basement is the 3rd bedroom and an updated 3/4 bath. If you're looking to spend some time outdoors there is a huge fenced-in backyard to enjoy playing yard games or lounge on the deck to indulge in an adult beverage or morning coffee.

This stay is conveniently located to many restaurants, parks, walk/bike trails, and attractions: Mall of America (5 minute drive) ; MSP Airport (10 minute drive) ; DT Minneapolis (13 minute drive); DT St. Paul (18 minute drive). Location is also conveniently located near bus routes!

65th Birthday Vikings Trip
Everything was excellent. Location to airport, shopping etc. very convenient. Sat outside on the very nice deck whenever we were at the house. Garret was very responsive, and the house was very clean. Two suggestions - shower in basement needs an update - very dark and kinda creepy - we didn't use it Also need new mattress on bed in basement especially, but main bedroom with tv upstairs is also beginning to sag. Overall, a great house and we would rent again from Garrett. thanks

House is very clean and decorated modern. Close proximity to airport, Mall of America, Great Wolf Lodge, etc... Everything we needed was provided. Definitely recommend. If my family ever returns to visit this area we would stay her again.

Perfect Place
This place was the perfect location for anything you want to do in and around Minneapolis. Whether downtown or nature reserves or Mall of America, all of it is quickly accessible from here. The interior is all new and very clean, and was plenty roomy for my family of 4.

An Excellent Stay
I was impressed with every aspect of this property -- the neighborhood, ease of access, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and very comfortable! The owner offered to move the check-in time to 2 hours earlier, which was very helpful, and the instructions inside the rental were very clear and easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again, hopefully in the summer, when I can use the enclosed porch, patio, and grill!

An Excellent Weekend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Richfield! The house was very welcoming -- clean, comfortable, easy to locate and beds that provided a good night's sleep. Having the extra bathroom was a plus, and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items for coffee in the morning, and dinner in the evening. The check-in and check-out process was easy and communication with the owner, Garrett, was helpful, as well. This was our second stay here and we'll very likely be back again!

First time in Minneapolis. 4 adults and 1 teenager. She loved sleeping in the lower “apartment” by herself. We had no trouble getting anywhere we needed to go! Garrett is an excellent host and very accommodating. Will definitely use again if we come to this lovely area again!!!

My husband, two young children, my parents and I enjoyed our stay here! The house is in a great location and so close to everything. We visited the children’s museum downtown, Mall of America and many local restaurants. My parents loved having their own bedroom and bathroom in the basement! The communication was easy, place was clean and perfect for a getaway with my family!

Excellent location for our weekend in Minneapolis! The fenced-in backyard with patio was great for the kids and hanging out at night. The downstairs bed is in need of repair (broken frame leading to very uneven and uncomfortable sleeping) and could use curtains in the downstairs recessed windows as well. Everything else we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

Lovely home with fantastic location
Wonderful home and yard. Having a lower level bedroom with bath, bedroom and lounging area was fantastic for the kids while the adults enjoyed the upstairs 2 bedrooms (with very comfy beds). Very nice deck with grill and 6 person patio set. Also, a well-stocked large kitchen. The central location close to museums, restaurants, and the airport made visiting and recreating with local family members so easy. We loved this home!
