Designer home located within the desirable walking community of Excelsior. Home was redesigned in 2016 and every inch was updated. There are over a dozen walkable options to eat/drink. In addition to numerous dining and retail options there is also the walking/biking trail system, grocery store, liquor store, park, beach, basketball/tennis courts, farmers market, movie theater, etc. A great home and a great location + Lake Minnetonka is right at your finger tips! The space
Full single family home for you to enjoy! Take a right out of the neighborhood and the walking trail is there to take you straight downtown. Take a left out of the neighborhood and you’re headed towards the beach/park!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. Owner has a locked closet under the stairs and some personal property in the garage.
Other things to note
Take the walking trail into town! Google maps says it’s an 8 minute walk. Once in town you have access to dozens of amazing restaurants, retail, and more! The lakeside park known as Excelsior Commons has some great views of Lake Minnetonka!

Excellent home
This is one of the best homes we have stayed in. It was nicely furnished and super well equipped. Lots of towels, extra linens and kitchen supplies. The layout was great for our group of 7 adults and 4 children. The air conditioning was outstanding and we always had hot water. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Graduation.
Perfect location! Loved the walking trail and playground for my grandchildren. Plenty of room inside for 7 of us. Listing included “hot tub”. Needs to be changed. The plastic sauna and cold plunge are not what I consider a hot tub. Not really usable. Back yard seating area needs cleaning. Yard needed attention. Bathroom items-body wash etc, were out of supply upstairs. All dealings with host Charles were great. Prompt responses and very helpful!
