House Rules:
📌 BY booking, guest agrees to all terms listed in the house rules below.
* MAXIMUM CAPACITY: The maximum property capacity is 8 people. This includes all children.
* NO UNREGISTERED/ UNDECLARED GUESTS: Only registered Guests allowed in the property. No Unregistered/ Undeclared guests or visitors allowed unless prior arrangements made. Host can terminate the reservation without refunds if violated. $100 fee per night per unregistered/undeclared guest for the entire reservation, if discover afterward. We have security camera at the property to capture the number of guests coming in and out the property.
* ID REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 25 years old to book. No third party booking. Person who books the reservation must be staying the entire stay.
* LOCAL GUESTS: must contact Host/Co-host prior to booking.
* Extra guest fee: 20.00/ guest per night after 4 guests.

* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ever! $300 fee and your reservation will be cancelled at guest’s cost if violated. We have security camera at the property to capture the number of guests coming in and out the property.
* NO PETS allowed. ($300 fee), PLUS any extra cleaning fee will be billed to guest. Pets are not permitted on the premises, including Service Animals and ESA pets, as there are family members that have severe respiratory and medical conditions.
* NO EATING OR DRINKING in the bedrooms!
* NO SHOES inside the home.
* NO OPEN FLAME/ CANDLES.
* NO RE-ARRANGE FURNITURE.
* PARKING: 2-3 free parking spaces in the driveway.
* OFF-LIMIT AREAS: Guests agree not to access garage and locked rooms.
* QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am.🔕
* CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 pm.
* CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am. Cleaning team charges the host $25.00 for every 15 minutes they wait. Host will charge guest $25.00 every 15 minutes to pay the cleaning team for their wait time.
* REPORT DAMAGES: Guests agree to walk through during check in and report any problems or damages. There will be no refunds if you chose to report issues after check out.
* SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras are on recording during your stay. All cameras are located on the exterior of the property and monitor all exterior doors, drives, and much of the exterior surfaces surrounding the outside of the structure. Guests do not need to expect to be monitored during their stay but are being made aware of the cameras’ presence. These will be utilized if an issue arises or is suspected, and confirmation or clarification is needed regarding activity on the property at any time. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in Guests being removed from the property without refund.
* BIOHAZARD WASTE: Clean and remove any Biohazard waste (i.e.: vomit or blood). A charge of $250.00 will be charged if left.
* Turn off the lights, TV, and any electronics when you leave the house.
* Property Manager/ Host/Co-host may enter the Property at any time with prior notice to Guests.
* Guest agrees to pay for additional damages and additional cleaning, if necessary.
* Liability: Guest's staying at our property acknowledge that we are not liable for any injury to you and your guests while staying at our property.
* MOST important rule: HAVE FUN!
