Hotel ran out of parking stalls during our stay, when asked where we should park, we were told to utilize the handicap spots (which we wouldn’t, but were already full anyways) Older building that was not kept up very well in common areas. 1 hot tub wrapped in caution tape, the other did not look clean enough to want to use. Room was decently clean. Bathroom could utilize some upkeep and deep cleaning. Easy check in and check out. Ok stay for price, but would choose not to return.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hot tub jets were not working, and one of the hot tubs was completely out of service. To make matters worse, the heat in our room did not work, which made our stay uncomfortable. The hotel itself seemed poorly maintained, and the elevator felt very rickety and unsafe. This was not the experience we hoped for while celebrating the New Year with our family. I expected better and would not recommend this hotel to others.

There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the shower was dirty and had a used bar of soap left up in the corner. I booked a handicap accessible room due to having surgery during my stay, and the room’s door had no way to stay open for me to get through (no door stop, no soft close, nothing). Had I been hit by the door I’d have fallen and broken my recently operated on hip. The elevator also seemed close to being out of order, it was much more of a bumpy ride than any other elevator I’ve been in that I can remember.

Great Price for Great Experience
We have always had a positive experience when using this park and stay. The airport shuttle is great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is decent! We recommend staying here.
