"The "suite" was clean and the bed was comfortable. The male host extremely helpful. We booked the "suite" because the description said "separate sitting area" and this was very important to us. Sadly the sitting area was on a deck outside. Not very useful on a rainy October day! The room itself is not 450 square foot so we presume the deck is included. Nice sized bathroom. No chair to sit in for reading or tv viewing. "

"We meet new year with friends and families and enjoied the place. The location was so good that we were able to go Barrie and attend the new year ev with firewoks. Only, recommendation from my side would be to have the garbage bin "
