Goodbye, crowded coves and views of other vacationers! Welcome to Sunrise at Lake Anna, a newly renovated luxury home in the coveted Sunrise Bay neighborhood offering pristine nature views and wide open water. This 3-acre home has 5000 sqft of indoor and 3000 sqft of outdoor living on a secluded inlet that’s a short drive or sail to the restaurants and nightlife that make the public side of the lake so popular.

The house is designed for large groups, with fifteen beds in seven rooms (most with outdoor access), four bathrooms, and two living areas to spread out and enjoy one another. The large, fully-appointed kitchen has double appliances and everything needed to make and serve food for a crowd. And there’s enough seating for your whole party to eat together, either in the indoor great room or on the dining deck overlooking the water. For a treat, head out to enjoy The Cove, Tim's, Below Deck Pizza, Coyote Hole, Moo Thru (our fav!), and other hotspots, all within a 10min drive (or 20min sail).

Outdoors, lounge around on two large decks with lots of comfortable seating, a sun and shade stone patio with firepit that runs the length of the house, and a private boathouse with kayaks and paddleboards, a sundeck, and screen-in great room with living area and outdoor dining.

When you’re not on the water or exploring the area, enjoy billiards, ping pong, bowling, foosball, and shuffleboard tables inside the house, or head outdoors for corn hole, ladder toss, and more.

High-speed WiFi, streaming televisions, and three dedicated workspaces keep you connected. Or not. :-)

This amazing property on a charming cove was just what we were looking for! There was plenty of room for three generations of our family, and our dogs, to spread out. And the amenities and water accessories were the best! Just wonderful!

Beautifully remodeled, very comfortable. Boat beds are definitely not suitable for anyone older than 10. Lovely views of the lake, some window coverings would have helped on the extreme hot days. Overall , excellent experience lots of fun on the lake . Highly recommend.

Great weekend stay
We very much enjoyed the house for a 3-day weekend. Our group included teens, couples, singles, and grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out, nice common spaces when we wanted to be together, but enough bedrooms and places to be when we wanted privacy. Great kitchen, very well supplied!

What a beautiful spot right on Lake Anna!!! The house was wonderful - fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, and water floats for the dock. We used the fire pit, outside seating, games, puzzles, etc and had a wonderful extended family time make lasting , memorable experiences and memories!!! Thank you Kermit!!!

"Old guys" weekend get-away..
I don't feel that the pictures listed truly give justice to how wonderfully this house is. Lots of space, well stocked and ample room for all. We're already talking about coming back next year.

This house is amazing! As soon as we walked through the door we could see the lake out of the huge windows. House was so spacious and had literally everything we needed. Kids loved the kayaks and the paddle boat. The pool table was a big hit! We will be back for sure!

Great trip to the lake!
the house was perfect for our family of 11! kayaks and paddle board and pedal boat for your use was absolutely perfect! the kids and adults spent every day at the boathouse and time on the lake fishing and swimming. screened in porch made it comfortable when out of the sun. at night we had billiards and foosball to play. kitchen had everything you need for all of us and the Blackstone grill was the best. made every meal on it! we all hope to make this a yearly event for our family, it was just wonderful! thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful house, large open concept living areas. plenty of space with multiple things to keep everyone entertained. Overall would highly recommend.Nice quiet part of the Lake, yet close to everything. Mattresses could be replaced a bit over used and uncomfortable for older people.

Fun Family Weekend
The property was exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend for large groups. Lots of space and bedrooms. Plenty to do in the house and outside. Enjoyed the long weekend with family. Only one negative, the outside of the house was not very clean, lots of bugs and spider webs on doors and windows. Definitely would return to the this house in the future and make it a longer stay.

Amazing getaway
This house has lots of room and fun things to do. The dock was so nice and on a quiet part of the lake. Plenty of kayaks and boards for the water. Two living rooms so everyone could do multiple activities (it was pretty hot outside one day). We did a hike at Lake Anna state park, only 11 min away. The kitchen was great with lots of appliances like waffle makers and a Ninja blender. A great place for the whole family!

Love the house
My husband, two grown sons and their families along with my sister law stayed at the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable accommodations. Kitchen was great with plenty of supplies. We cooked every meal but one at the house. Paddle boards and kayaks were awesome. Fire pit was great. Pool table and ping pong table got a lot of use. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Christmas
We were a group of 13 coming together for a family Christmas. We came from different parts of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property so much room to spread out. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen space more than accommodated our group. The owner was available and was very nice to let us check in early because of weather, we are looking to come back either in the summer time or maybe another Christmas!

Stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every moment of it. House was as described. 7 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. Linens and plenty of towels included. Kitchen with adequate cooking utensils. Plenty of open space for everyone to enjoy. Lots of space to sit and eat. Great deck space at the house. Perfect firepit for evening relaxation. The dock area was perfect and stocked with plenty of equipment for kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely use this home again.

This property is so spacious and had the most amazing views of the lake! With such good April weather, a favorite past time was just staring at the lake from the large picture windows. The home is well stocked and has space for the whole family; we enjoyed that we could all eat dinner at the same table, which is especially rare in rental homes. It was a pleasant surprise to find so many games, books, and toys for everyone in our party (ages 5 and up). Our hosts were responsive and helpful, and the welcome book in the home gave great information on the local area. We loved walking in the neighborhood and to the park and had great experiences with all the neighbors. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful House
Since our families have grown and added their new families we now have a tradition to meet and celebrate before Christmas . For ten years we have met at Lake Anna. Lots of different houses. Everyone agreed this was the best The home was.bright, clean, well stocked kitchen and open space for the 17 of us !! Owner was terrific to work with . Quick responses ! And very considerate. Hope to go next year.!

Wonderful property!!!
From the booking process to the time we left everything was wonderful. Kermit was so helpful when booking because we were looking for a place large enough and close enough to DC to hold a small class of high school seniors and their chaperones. This place was perfect. The bunk room had enough room for the girls to stay in and the other rooms housed 2 sets of parents, teacher and the young men in the class. The view is absolutely beautiful of the lake. The home was furnished with more than enough kitchen equipment to make dinner and breakfast. The linens that were furnished were great. The beds were very comfortable. I wish that we had been able to spend more time at the home itself and not on the road doing activities. It was a great central location to DC though. I would love to use the property again if we are in the area.

Fantastic Family Vacation House
The house is gorgeous, and the lake view is incredible! But the best part of our Thanksgiving Week here was the amazing customer service of the owners. They bent over backwards to assist us and were just wonderful to work with. There were 17 of us and everyone was comfortable and happy here. I cannot recommend this house enough! Just delightful all around!

Wonderful Weekend at the Lake
We had a great time staying with a group and our kids at this lake house. The open-concept great room upstairs was a comfortable spot to hang out in, and the bedrooms were sizable. Clean, beautiful, and functional. Would highly reccommend!
