S'more Lake Anna is located on the private side of Lake Anna. You will have use of the private single slip boat dock and access to a ramp to launch your water toys. Come ready to relax or spend the days on the water.

You'll love the firepit for s'mores and the expansive sun deck (large umbrella) on top of the 2 story boat dock offering beautiful sunset views. The sun deck is equipped with a luxury teak sectional and 2 teak chaise loungers. The lower level offers a huge amount of shade and a ceiling fan as well.

Inside this beautiful home you'll find over 4,000 square feet of finished living space that can sleep 16!
There are 4.5 baths and 5 rooms for sleeping. The media room offers an 85" TV and a large powered sectional.

Weekend Lake Trip
Loved the house, clean, spacious, nice size dock with beautiful top deck. The yard should be cut before guests arrive. The grass wasn’t extremely tall it was just not short or recently mowed. The house has everything you need for cooking and grilling. Plenty of space for larger parties and the media room is nice!
